Flight House Arvostelua

Booked a flight to New Zealand through Flight House. Adan was very helpful during the booking process researching different options and timings and stop-over in Singapore. Helped find options for extended legroom seats. A good experience very helpful.

Good communication and very helpful with all the options we went through.

Adan was a good at listening to our requirements and was very helpful in finding right itinerary for us. He was friendly but not being over the top and efficient in providing the service.

I spoke with a young man called Adan Yuhanna. We had several conversations, he was always very clear, very efficient, very helpful in selecting appropriate flights and seats. There were problems in us making payment and he sorted that out very efficiently and what was quite a tricky itinerary was made extremely easy.

Leo was a great help in booking tickets and hotel for me and my partner back in August to Dubai and Australia, we did have a slight issue where Emirates took the booking off the system so it was a hassle to then have to deal direct with Emirates ; which involved paying each time I wanted to change the travel dates. I also did assume that I could cancel with a refund which turned out not to be the case.
All in all a pleasant experience though and hence why I contacted Leo to book a subsequent flight this week to Dubai

Jasmin was very helpful as usual and found me some great flights.

Leo was very helpful in finding the most economic fares answering all our queries with patience and courtesy.

The customer service was excellent, return calls were made and questions asked by myself were answered quickly without hesitation! Will definitely be using this service again, highly recommended. 👍👍

Good and prompt service. Response time is also fast. Ms Jasmine response time is prompt. Multi Option selection is also very quick.

I enjoyed the service

Adan was courteous and determined to find the flights I wanted, and did!

I booked 2 flights to Australia and the agent Leo was very pleasant and replied very quickly to my questions

I will use no other....Scott is not only my travel agent, but has become a friend. Thank you, from an anxious traveller...he puts my mind at rest.

Great service and extended support to meet the customer needs. Swift response!!

Scott was absolutely brilliant, sourcing flights to Australia for us by working tirelessly. Given the challenges of our late booking, constrained budget and our need to fly over the Christmas period he did remarkably well, all carried out in a professional, friendly and proactive manner. Paperwork followed efficiently with no problems or unexpected costs. I am highly satisfied by this service and recommend using Flight House, I will certainly be using them again to book future trips. Thank you!
