Flight House Arvostelua

There are several thing that make its services great. Nathan's sales representatives have great patience to listen the needs of its customers and design airtickets in the best way to serve their customers. They are always ready to clear confusions and keep in touch with the customers throughout the journey. I really like and recommend it to others.

Good price
Excellent Service, Leo was a very attentive agent and everything happened as he said it would.

Great communication both by email and telephone. Did everything possible to help and get best value. Thank you Leo

Very helpful. Sorted out all my needs

I have never been treated better by any other agency.
The representative, NATHAN CLAY, at Flight House, made me feel that he had everything under control and feel that I was in good hands. I paid by credit card and minutes later I received the E tickets. At last I've found
a trustworthy agent with Nathan Clay as an excellent representative, I will certainly use again.

I had previously picked the wrong online agent in 2022 and got scammed, luckily I received a refund from visa via section 75. Always pay with a credit card.

We dealt with a young man called Nathan who was extremely helpful. He was polite and patient. He handled our booking very well, called back promptly. And was very helpful after the ticket was booked. Thank you Nathan

Our first time using Flight House and we were really impressed. Good prices, excellent service, really polite and helpful.
Look forward to using them again

Great advice, help and service without any problems

Nathan was very efficient, found me a good flight, choose seat boarding pass.

Leo provided me with all the details I required for my flight at a competitive price. He contacted me regularly to ensue that the whole process went through smoothly. An excellent service from flight house.

I cannot thank Bruce, who dealt with my assistance request, with such patience, kindness and respect to a lady of 82yrs. Your company should be grateful to have him. Diane Martin

Staff were efficient, they were able to answer our questions and ensure we purchased the product best suited to our needs.

Efficient, polite and patient services provided by Jasmine, managed to find us cheaper air tickets.

She also sent e-tickets within an hour.

Helpful and insightful. Clear communication on what to do

Leo was extremely polite, helpful and patient. He went through various carriers, dates, and prices before we settled on our chosen flights. He kept us informed of every step sending emails with itinerary, receipts etc...
Even when everything was completed He contacted us to check we were satisfied with everything.
Thank you Lwo for doing the hard work fir us.

Leo at Flighthouse has been very helpful and has always responded in a timely manner to my enquiries.
I would recommend Flighthouse for future bookings.

Jasmin was very efficient, she sorted the flights I wanted at the prices I requested and followed up with all the relevant paperwork and information.
I would recommend her on her competency alone but she was also pleasant and polite. Great service.
