During the visit, they explain the refund policy and everything. Give assurance that they are helping, but at the end of the day, you are losing or wasting your money. They give you a 20 to 25-page contract and add 2 to 3 points are not refundable. That site you signed up for, and you lost your money. because they have a professional for not giving a refund. company receiving best immigration award. wow really. They buy Award from our money. If we complain, then they give advice. My lawyer will talk with you.

I gave you 1 star because it is the minimum. This consultancy does not deserve even a single star.

But its totally wrong. They will make us sign the agreement, so that we cannot proceed legally. They are the real gamers. Don't trust guys.. Pls don't trust

Subject: Formal Complaint Regarding Deceptive Practices and Unfulfilled Services

Dear [Flight to sucess immigration],

I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to express my severe dissatisfaction and frustration with the services I have received from your consultancy.

When I initially engaged with your firm, I was assured of professional and comprehensive assistance with my Anerkennung (recognition) process, as well as support in securing a job or internship in Germany. Regrettably, I have found that these promises have not been honored, and I feel deceived by the false assurances provided to me.

Specifically, the following issues have led to my disappointment:

1. Lack of Support and Guidance: I was promised expert assistance in navigating the Anerkennung process, yet I have received no meaningful help or clear guidance throughout this journey.

2. Unfulfilled Job Placement Promises: I was led to believe that you would provide job placement opportunities or at least support with job applications, but no concrete efforts have been made.

3. Communication Failures: I have encountered constant delays, unreturned calls, and inconsistent information from your team, leaving me with little confidence in the professionalism of your services.

This situation has not only caused significant stress and frustration but has also resulted in a waste of valuable time that could have been better spent pursuing other avenues.

I expect an immediate explanation regarding the discrepancies between your promises and the services provided. Additionally, I request a clear resolution to this matter, which may include a refund or the fulfillment of the services originally promised.

Please treat this email as a formal complaint. I look forward to your prompt response and a satisfactory resolution.

Totally fake company don't trust on these types of consultancy there main source is how to make the fool of the people they take your hard earned money and at the end no results

I was promised that my visa process would be completed within 12 months. But due to their negligence, callous attitude and unprofessional behaviour I'm stuck with the process for over 14 months now.

They will not give you a refund. Guys don't fall into their trap of lies. Don't lose your hard earned money for them. Please don't take their services, I have wasted my time and money here.

I am very happy for getting my Australian PR Visa with the help of Flight 2 Sucess as they are the best immigration and visa consultant for move to abroad. I'm very thankful to this consultant for providing me Visa on time. They do an excellent job in follow up on a regular basis. They carry out the process in a proper way. I got their support to go ahead. Thank a lot.
