Flexhub Arvostelua 4

I was buying Panacure C from Flexhub to sell on Amazon through my account, which I've had for over three years. I used it to sell my own brand products and others I bought from suppliers. I purchased this product from Flexhub about twice a month for two or three months, as well as from other Amazon sellers I've spoken with. When Amazon requested documentation to demonstrate the supply chain, they refused to provide it and even blocked me and removed me from the chats where we communicated and placed orders. Now my account has been deactivated, and I can't sell other products. I've also lost the inventory I just bought from them and, of course, paid for in advance. If you ask me, my rating for them is 000. It's an absolute lack of professionalism, because if they're buying genuine products, they should be able to provide the supply chain for those products.

However, when Amazon asked for supply chain documentation for this product they could not provide it. This means that FlexHub does not always have acceptable documentation for products on Amazon. I was making 2k/day and this was the first and only product I bought from Flexhub and my account was permanently deactivated. I am very sad and had to apply to jobs again as this was my source of income and Amazon refuses to work with sellers who sell what they deem as "inauthentic" items. This is not ALL Flexhub's fault as Amazon could and SHOULD be much more courteous and understanding when it comes to their third party sellers on the platform. Even with a healthy account health score they took it all away in a single email.
