The team is friendly and accommodating. More important they have been supporting our property search. our team was particularly impressed with the documentation example of properties on their books reassuring us why we have chosen to partnership with them to manage our future property portfolio.
It has been such a refreshing change. The Fletcher Property Team not only listen but do what they say. Very helpful and genuinely care about customers and their requirements. This is my go to Agent now for both sales and let’s. Well done guys thank you for a 5 star service
⭐ Delighted with the Service — Fast Letting & Great Communication
As an experienced landlord, I initially placed my Leeds property with a leading lettings agent on recommendation. Despite the apartment being a brand-new, high-spec unit purchased off-plan, the property sat on the market for at least two months without securing a tenant. I became increasingly disappointed with the lack of progress and the standard of communication.
On strong recommendation from my buy-to-let mortgage broker, I moved my instructions to John Fletcher Lettings — and the difference was immediate.
Both John and Mel got in touch with me directly, offered realistic market guidance, and took full ownership of the process from the outset. Their communication has been clear, prompt, and genuinely supportive — exactly what you want as a landlord who isn’t based locally.
I want to give particular recognition to Mel, who handled the letting personally. Within just a few short weeks she achieved what my previous agent had been unable to deliver in two months: she secured a high-quality professional tenant, managed the process smoothly, and kept me fully updated at every stage. Her professionalism, speed, and proactive approach have been exceptional.
After such a frustrating start elsewhere, I am genuinely delighted with the service from John Fletcher Lettings. I now feel fully confident moving forward with them on a full managed service, and I’m relieved and pleased to have found an agent I can genuinely trust.
Highly recommended — especially Mel, whose work has been outstanding.
