I run a Chauffuer business and wanted to include a couple of buses to the fleet, in order to run Psv buses you need a Psv operator's licence and this licence is not easy to obtain so I decided to use a company who could assist and specialised in this field. To cut a long story short that other company did not have the knowledge or experience needed and my application was refused 2 times in a period of 1 year! Knowing I could not obtain it alone I decided to seek help once more, this is when I came across Fleet planner. I spoke to a lady called Margaret and by the time I got off the phone with her I was really impressed with her vast knowledge of the industry! She really knew what she was talking about and I was filled with confidence and hope once again. We started a new application and she even went through my old application with a fine tooth comb to see where it went wrong. She was very thorough and precise and also had great advice, to cut a long story short my licence has just been granted and it's all because of Margaret!!!! If you need a Psv or a Hgv licence don't waste your time and money with anyone else. Fleet planner will surely get it done! I also dealt with Jasmine for a day whilst Margaret was away, she was also great and could tell she was also quality in just one day.
