Stone fell out of earring after 6 months - no recourse
My daughter bought me some beautiful (- and might I add not inexpensive) Topaz gold earrings for my birthday in April - in September, one of the stones fell out. I contacted flawleSS expecting some sort of refund/offer to exchange/offer to repair...only to receive an email back saying that there was nothing they could do. My 18 year old who always tries to buy via Etsy and support smaller businesses, is now seriously questioning whether she should alter this experience. Also, there is no way of leaving a review on the retailers site, hence I am leaving it here. Really disappointing experience...I thought small businesses (- I also run one) thrive on their reputation. I can only believe that this one must have more business than they know what to do with
