Our products contain CBD. A 'high' is achieved from THC, which none of our products stock, as THC is illegal for sale and consumption in the UK.
We have already sent out a replacement device to you, after you contacted our Customer Support email.
If the replacement device is also defective, please follow the same steps as before, and provide the images required, so that we can provide your refund.
