Fantastic website
The website was no fuss, put me in touch with the people I needed to be in touch with in order to sort out my new living situation!

Eventually found a flatmate for our granny flat. I have appreciated flatmates giving me the extension, especially in these tough times. I have found most of my flatmates on flatmates. so thank you.

I had amazing success through flatmates.com. I had so many offers from decent rooms I couldn’t keep up, but managed to find a great place within one week of activating my account. Just be on the look out for people wanting bond money before you even view the property to ‘secure’ your place, only transfer the bond or rent money to someone you’ve had strong open communication with only after you’ve viewed the property. It was only 1 bad apple in my case but it’s important people (especially women and students) are aware that no matter how great the platform is, you’ll unfortunately always have ‘those’ types of people who are out to scam good people. But I still 100% would highly recommend flatmates.com

Fantastic site. Have found both my flats using this site. I really appreciate the messaging which let's us get to know each other a bit.

Always inform and update potential flatmates

I found Flatmates to be a great vehicle to find a Flat/House mate.
Well done Flatmates.

Yes thanks. My granny flat now rented. Thanks. It took 6 days

Very effective way to match offers and potential best fits for sharing a personal space which is not an easy challenge

I found Flatmates easy to use. With the profile that people write it saves a lot of time interviewing people who may not be a good fit for the house.

Customer service responses and timeliness of responses very good and helpful. Quality of photos very good. Use of website is very user friendly.
Often the suggested 'flatmates' emailed through were not compatible though, either they wanted a different suburb or different arrangement. I was advertising an entire one bedroom fully furnished apartment in South Yarra but was receiving suggested emails with profiles of people looking to share only or in other suburbs. I had sent out about 50 or 60 emails reaching out to members but only received 4 - 5 responses. That was most disappointing but not the fault of Flatmates.com, basic common courtesy is unfortunately lacking in so many people. I had put so many hours in cleaning and presenting the property so it was in spotless condition. All the people who did eventually inspect the property ( only 1 from Flatmates.com ) wanted to take it. I chose Simon from Flatmates.com who was the most suitable. I have used Flatmates.com on other occasions and have been successful. Thank you, Julie Robson

Great service. Easy way to find flatmates and to list properties

Anthony showed me the property as I requested and I decided to move on as I loved the place due to the close to my workplace, closeness from groceries (Aldi), and quick access to the main road.

Very good room´s seekers/owners connector!
The best in Australia with lots of tools and research´s informations.

Dear Flatmates Management once again i want to thank you for your help and what a fabulous website that you have, i have had all new tenants rent my place that have found my advertisment on Flatmates.com.here in Sydney on the northern beaches.

I also think along with your great advertising one must realise to be offering a realistic rental proposed to tenants looking fr a place, again greatly appreciated, keep up the great work,
Kind Regards
