Flambard Williams Arvostelua

YingKit is really helpful and always response efficiently.

Very efficient and kept up to date with progress. I would highly recommend Charleigh Cooper at Flambard Willows

Charleigh is very professional and responds quickly to requests for information or progress updates. She has made me aware of further developments which fit my crtieria and I have found her supportive and knowledgeable.

Very helpful team
Good communication skills and customer service.
Charleigh was very helpful during purchase and after sale. If would invest again she will be my point of contact

I've thoroughly enjoyed my experience working with Flambard Williams (FW) to build my investment portfolio.

Certainly I found FW to be very professional and they offered impartial and good, transparent advice. They are very responsive to my questions regardless of how many times they are contacted in the day, even after I have made the reservations!

In a recent purchase, they listened carefully to what's important to me, understood my concerns and have even attempted to negotiate with the developer to secure my unit.

Overall, thank you Chris Whetstone and Jack Percival for your excellent support in guiding me through the maze to identify and build my investment portfolio.

I certainly would not hesitate using their services again and also to recommend others.

I found the personal service offered by this company very re-assuring when faced with what could have been quite difficult investment decisions.
The market-leading, guaranteed returns on the property investments that they offer are excellent and we also have a guaranteed sell back clause if the investment should not turn out as expected.
So far we are very pleased with Flambard Williams and would recommend them to anyone considering investment in property as an alternative to the stock market.

Working with Flambard Williams has been an awesome experience for me. i see them more on my side than the Seller. Charleigh has been an incredible broker and a trusted Advisor. cant see myself closing any deal without her thought!!

So here I am an average guy who doesn't know anything when it comes to properties (I could spell it that's about it!). But until I came across Charleigh Cooper. She explained everything I needed to know in such simple terms where everything made sense. Right from where to look, how and the process. Gave me on the spot answers on anything I asked. As a novice investor into properties I can certainly say Charleigh has won my vote for someone who's trusted and I will definitely be investing through Flambard Williams via Charleigh. Nice 1 :)

Sam you are fantastic!! A brilliant investment consultant.. for me he keeps me updated with everything emails me efficiently with any query I have. He is most reliable, trustworthy and best consultant I have ever met... I will be recommending Flambard Williams ltd to everyone and to use Sam and nobody else. I will definitely be returning to Sam. Thank you so much for everything you are the best... to every investor out there Sam is the best use him and nobody else!!!!5🌟stars all the way.

I cannot fault Flambard Williams efforts to satisfy their customers. Samet has been great in helping secure my first property investment. I will certainly look to use his and Flambard Williams services again.

They have a guy who works there called Samet. He is always on the ball and it feels good to have constant update on purchases made especially as they are off-plan. one gets scared if the right decision was made, so if there is anything I appreciate, its the fact that he keeps us on the loop at every single stage of the purchase.

I will recommend this company to anyone, hoping all their staffs act like Samet.

My requirements were fully met by Charleigh

Based on my experience to date I would definitely recommend this company to anyone. From day one they've always been prompt, courteous and gone out of their way to resolve the queries I've had. I trust them and wouldn't hesitate in doing further business should the occasion arise.

very honest with the clients and trustworthy

Solid advice from Niro and Chris. Purchased two properties, one in Liverpool and one in Manchester. Met with me in London and took me to the sites, I could not have asked for better service.

I bought an apartment in 2015 in Salford, from Charleigh Cooper. At the time, the completion date was Q3 2017, however there have been some issues in starting works, and the development is delayed. I still get monthly construction updates and photo's which Charleigh whatsapp's me whenever she is in Manchester.

Despite the fact I have to wait 6 months longer for my investment to start, I am happy with the service I have received, and I am looking forward to completion.

Flambard Williams have dealt with everything professionally and efficiently, so thank you Charleigh for all your help!

Flambard Williams Ltd are extremely knowledgeable when we tried to investigate a property for there development called X1-Aire in Leeds.
The consultants on for Flambard Williams were helpful and sourced us contacts who can provide a mortgage.
I would recommend Flambard Williams for your next investment

I dealt with Flambard Williams just before Xmas and purchased a small unit in Manchester. Most other companies did not get back to me and told me my budget was too small but Kevin worked with me for 3 months to find something.

I have now purchased and the process was very smooth with their after sales team taking care from start to finish.

I know am in the possession of my keys and have started letting the apartment out.

Great Work

I have spoken with many companies over the last 12 months including Knight Knox, RW investments and Flambard Williams. I have to say they were all knowledgable companies but I felt more at ease with Flambard Williams. I dealt with Elliot there. They do not build their own developments like most of the other companies so are therefore totally independent and not trying to push a certain development or apartment down your neck.

I dealt with them 5 months ago had a great service start to finish and would definitely recommend them again.

I dealt with Chris at Flambard Williams over 2 years ago and have been regularly updated in regards to the development. I have been sent drone footage, latest pictures and had a good experience.

I have now purchased 3 more one of which has completed and the other two are well on their way.
