GREAT service - GREAT products
The time from order to delivery seemed a bit lengthy, however seller communication and response was superb. The coins are of great quality, colors are quite vivid, and were individually encased and wrapped. I will be ordering again for future needs.

I purchased a 250 year USA flag around 7/7/2026 and have not recieved it as of 8/7/2026. My credit card shows the purchase the next day but I also never received a tracking #. I am very dissatisfied with the way this company is operating.

I ordered 2 lineman emblems to put on a…
I ordered 2 lineman emblems to put on a vehicle over 3 weeks ago. Have had No information other than and order number - which does not help - I tried emailing the company about this but the email they list is not valid.
I cannot get a tracking number to see if this was even shipped yet.
I finally got my order but it took SO Long to get it - I thought it was another scam but I was Wrong....the product is very nice and the customer service person was very helpful and kind.

Flairgifts order not from Flairgifts
I made an order for a 250th flag at the beginning of June. I wanted it for the 4th of July. Nothing arrived, there was nothing changed on the tracking. In the middle of July the tracking had been changed to delivered to mailbox. I hadn't received a flag. I texted back and forth with a rep for weeks. Finally she said she'd ship a new flag. It did arrive eventually. But, it came from someone on Etsy in the US, nothing on it said anything about Flairgifts and the payment was to an entirely different company. Beware, this is not a gift shop as they represent themselves to be. It is located in a foreign country and good luck on getting what you "ordered". I will never order anything from this company again.

Cheap, Foreign knock off
First, I ordered the 15+" American spirit wreath. I received the 11.8" wreath.
Secondly, the ribbons are glued to a piece of black felt, not a wreath.
Thirdly, the ribbons used are not like displayed in picture. In picture, they are encircled around to make them stand up. I received, ribbon long ways in half and then folded the narrow side in half, making it look like a fan, and the stapled. This was then glued onto the black felt in different places.
Fourth, I had large black holes in the wreath they sent. It was as it the didn't put enough ribbon on it.
Fifth, the wreath was sent in a flat envelope, smashing all the ribbon down, with no way of fluffing them back up.
Once it arrived, you could totally tell it was not an American spirit wreath and a cheap foreign attempt. The company would be better off sending the ribbon with instructions and allowing AMERICANS to assemble themselves. I have been trying to email the company, but it won't go through.

I had no problem ordering
I had no problem ordering. The problem came up when the tracking number for my package went to the wrong address. Customer Service was very nice about letting me know how to prove the mix up and then trying to correct it. At that point it was too late for America's 250th celebration so I did not wish to wait for a replacement. Customer service was kind enough to reimburse my payment.
