Hi Franck

Apologies for the delay in response, but we are grateful to hear feedback from customers.

I can see that you ordered a number of elastic hooks for cafe windbreaks and there is an image on the website of what they look like. Would you be able to let us know how they differed? It would beneficial for us to learn whether it is something cosmetic such as colour, or something functional like a different clip attachment.

I hope the products worked well for you and you are satisfied with them even though they were slightly different than you expected.

If you need anything further for your displays, feel free to call 01246 472 949 or email sales@flagmakers.co.uk and we'll do our best to provide a solution that matches your expectations
