Vastaus yritykseltä Fjord Labs Limited
Hello Steven,
We’re sorry to read this, as this is not an experience we expect with our product.
Our Omega-3 TG has a long shelf life and, when stored in a cool place (the fridge is ideal), it will remain stable. In rare cases, excessive heat exposure during transit can affect the product. Was this the case?
We contacted you by email to request a few details and offered a free replacement, but we haven’t received a reply yet. We’d genuinely like to resolve this for you.
Please feel free to contact us at support@fjordlabs.co.uk so we can arrange this immediately.
Kind regards,
Fjord Labs
