FjollaNila Arvostelua

Our order was quickly placed.
The seller’s welcom was perfect.
The dress was very carrefully packed.
The transport was very Quick.
However, the quality of the dress is not perfect compared to the price paid.

Absolutely wonderful experience. The team was incredibly prompt and helpful in every conversation, answering quickly and professionally. The dress arrived exactly like in the photos on the website — beautiful, elegant, and perfectly made. I was honestly impressed by the quality and attention to detail. Everything exceeded my expectations. Truly amazing service and a stunning dress. Highly recommend!

Bad customer service, dress not like the measurements!

The dress is completely stunning and the quality feels absolutely spectacular. Every detail exceeded my expectations and it truly looks and feels luxurious.

The only thing I would note is that the lead time ended up being much longer than expected, and communication/updates throughout the process were fairly limited. Aside from that, the final product was beautiful

I’m absolutely in love with this dress! The quality exceeded my expectations — the detailing and rhinestones look incredibly luxurious in person. The fit is very flattering and elegant, and the dress looks exactly like the photos online. I wore it to a special event and received so many compliments all night. It made me feel confident, glamorous, and comfortable at the same time. Shipping was fast and the packaging was beautiful. Definitely recommend!

Amazing customer service. They really help you get your perfect dress on time.
They care about the quality of everything, materials, stitching and a lot of small details.
I will definitely be ordering again and will be recommending it to others. Bravo 👏🏻

I got my dress for my bachelorette from FjollaNila. From the minute I placed the order, they were in contact with me regarding my measurements and order. They were very communicative and quickly responsive even though I live in the US and we have a big time difference (I think 6 hours). I’d regularly follow up on how the build of the dress is coming along which they’d give me status updates which was helpful considering I had a hard deadline (that they met and delivered a couple days early).

Now to unboxing!!! This dress is absolutely breathtaking and I’m so excited to get to wear it. The design of it is exactly what I was expecting and it fits me perfectly (as we’d expect as they design based on my measurements). My Bach is in 6 weeks but I m SO excited to share this will my friends and in St. Barths.

Thank you so much!

My daughter loved her dress. It fit her perfectly. The process of ordering can be a bit challenging at times but the results are worth it. Beautiful beaded work. We are already discussing our next order.

Really amazing experience and service

Në hapësirën e Fjolla & Naile
pëlhura u kthye në besim.

Me duar të qeta,
me durim të thellë,
ato dëgjuan
edhe para se unë të flisja plotësisht.

Nga metri dhe masa
lindi kuptimi,

Faleminderit.
Për art me shpirt.
Për bukuri që mbetet.

👏👏👏❤️❤️❤️🤩🤩🤩💕

The dress quality is amazing, and the team was very professional, helpful, and responsive. Everything went smoothly, and I’m very happy with the result.

My dress is so beautiful and the absolute best quality!!!

Fjolla Nila not only has the most gorgeous dresses but the most incredible customer service. Ordering my custom dress was so seamless. They asked for my exact measurements and also gave constant updates on its progress and shipping info. When the dress arrived I was in shock at how beautiful the dress was in person. I am already ordering my second gown from them. 12/10!!! Would highly recommend to anyone.

Most stunning dress I have ever purchased! With the dress made to my exact measurements, it fit me like a glove! Will definitely buy more pieces moving forward.

The dress came out perfect!! Measured exactly to me! Obsessed with the quality! It did come a little later than anticipated but they communicated whenever I messaged and it was worth the wait as it's customized to my body! This will actually be my wedding day dress!🥰

Thank you , Thank you, Thank you
The dress is beautiful and stunning, everyone was mesmerized by this masterpiece, I can’t express how happy I’m
Thank you

Amazing! Most beautiful dress ever, princess worthy. 🤍 support was also very responsive and kind. Absolutely recommend
