The best experience
The best experience! We attended the boat party in Bournemouth on a hen do. The organisers were fantastic before the event even accommodated a different drop off point for our group. The hosts on the day were brilliant kept everyone entertained and included everyone from all groups. There were a few stags and hens on the trip and we were all encouraged to participate in games on board the boat which had ample space to everyone. The bus trip back was just as fun as the trip itself. Would book again in a heartbeat. Worth well more than it cost!

Revolution Master Class
Booked revolution master class for a hen do! Was amazing. Master class was great and everyone loved the blind bartender. Food was lovely, and everyone was friendly. Thank you Sam for your great hospitality 😊

Brilliant cocktail making!
We had a fantastic cocktail making class for a hen-do. The guys did so well managing a group of 17 of us. Plenty of cocktails to make and drink, games and then lovely food after! It was brilliant thank you!

Stag do
Went yesterday for the rage buggies and shooting for my brothers stag do and it was such a good laugh! We arrived early so they let us do our activities earlier than our booking which was great! Didn’t know they had other great things on site! Would 100% Recommend!

I would definitely use fizzbox again. Very helpful they provide all the info you need and Even lets you pay a deposit and the rest closer the time. Smooth and efficient booking. Just what you need when planning a hen do.

The activity was spot on!
The location was perfect! Central and easy to find! The model was cool. The best thing about this experience was the host! She was hilarious, friendly and very helpful and went above and beyond!
We even got a free 45 mins of karaoke thrown in amazing!

Not even worth one star
Not even worth one star! Do not book with this company! Friends booked hen weekend, rearranged for covid and now with a couple of weeks to go! No communication, no activities and no accommodation! Disgusting customer service with additional stress placed on the brides! Do not use!!!
Update 14.06.22 Thank you for your request, to remove the review, however I will be leaving it on until we have the hen weekend we have paid for confirmed and supplied in full. Original booking was with Hen Heaven but Fizzbox took over when Hen Heaven “collapsed” … But Hen Heaven are still an active company but you can’t speak with them or anything. We were originally told hen heaven no longer exist, however the phone number goes to a company of yours the stag company and the website goes to you at fizzbox but the portal is hen heaven.
Funny that your company Fizzbox replied to a tweet yesterday and arranged for someone to reply to us? So you are obviously affiliated somehow. At the end of the day we have paid over £3000 for a weekend in Edinburgh with activities with only seven of us able to go now. We still have no activities, accommodation etc. From our understanding, Fizzbox have taken over Hen Heaven so as such the contract now lies with you!
All we are asking is for someone to take responsibility and provide us with the service we have paid for.

We're very sorry to hear that you have not been happy about your experience of booking with Hen Heaven.
As the experience, and your review, is about Hen Heaven - not Fizzbox - we'd be grateful if you could remove it and pop it on their Trustpilot page instead of ours. We have no input into Hen Heaven bookings or service levels - we are an entirely separate company. Their web traffic is now being sent to us for forward business, but we have no involvement in existing bookings. You will see from our website that we don't even offer accommodation packages!
To further clarify for anyone reading, potential new Hen Heaven customers were diverted to Fizzbox as of April 2020, but all existing Hen Heaven bookings (including Ms Winter's) are being managed out by the original Hen Heaven team and Fizzbox have no input in, or control over, these bookings. We feel it is important to clarify that the content of this review is inaccurate at best.
We wish you all the best in resolving the situation with the right people.

Gareth was a great host and really got everyone involved. It was such good fun and got everyone in very high spirits, the zorbing was hilarious and we are still laughing now at all of the videos. Thank you so much for such a great evening!
