Do not use this company!!! They charged me 60 pounds an hour for two people I then find out they only paid the cleaners they hired from another company 20 an hour each. The left the job unfinished kitchen was untouched then tried to squeeze even more money out of me. They are absolutely disgusting charlatans conning hard working cleaners and conning their clients. I waited an hour and a half for anyone to even turn up to do the clean. I had to pay another company to finish the job. Absolutely disgusting company do not employ them unless you want to be ripped off and left with a whole room untouched. They take advantage of people who need to earn money by paying them very little whilst taking a massive chunk of what they’re paying the client. They caused me so much stress and are an utter disgrace.

Well I'm appalled Michael was suppose to be here 3 hours it took him less than 2, I wanted bathroom and cooker cleaned well still grease and grime in the cooker, as for the bathroom dust on towel rail, not touched shower rail, under cabinets grimy, grab rails in bath not touched, window not touched, radiator not touched, skirting board not touched, the list is endless, I'll finish the bloody job myself, not happy and now that deny they have an employee called Michael shocking

Efficient prompt administration to book what needed cleaning. 3 cleaners came with own products and turned our new flat from a nightmare dirty space including balcony to a sparkling clean home. Polite speedy and hardworking service. Invoice after completion via whattsapp. Highly recommend.

They did a probate clean for us, the property was pretty filthy, the cleaners did work extremely hard and did an excellent job. It took them hours and they were still smiling when they finished. Be proud of your workers Five stars for Five Star Cleaners.

I have had great service - I am very particular with cleaning and how efficient they are with their time whilst working. My experience has been excellent.

The company was extremely unprofessional and sent 2 clearners without informing or asking me if i was aware of this. I didnt know untill I was invoiced double (11 hours) as I had to pay for 2 cleaners which to my horror I only wanted 1 for a deep clean. My home is a small 2 bedroom and having 2 clearners. I stated I would pay for 1 clearner but offer was rejected. you would have think they would have done my whole house but they started moving slow towards the end I feel they was trying to gain extra time. I was then called by some man whom tried to threaten me and state he was coming to my home. The ladies was good and respectful if it hadn't had been for the poor communication I would have recommended and used again..but because of the poor and threatening behaviour I will not be using again

I booked a clean for the first time with Five Star Cleaners. Amal, Ayush and Nithin were thorough, arrived on time and did a great job! I look forward to using them again in the near future.

They did a good job under the circumstances (we have lots.of pets) but we paid extra for that and some parts were still left a bit dirty. They agreed to come back and rectify the issues, so I'm satisfied with their work.

End of tenancy clean was fantastic and efficient. Didn’t need to call them back to for missed areas, other companies we’ve used we always have had to call them back.
