A great service. Quick betting and communication is very good as you receive a quick response. Never had a problem placing a bet and sometimes I have emailed out of hours and received a reply. Great site.

Hi

I think your site is great and the speed at which you acknowledge the bets is great.

The layout is great and very easy to navigate around.

Super service

Good product

They are a communicative team who respond quickly to WhatsApp messages and bet requests.

Good system. Quick response when bets being placed

The promptness of bets being accepted is key for me and the type of bets I like to place. Staff are very easy to deal with.

Easy to use and excellent customer service. Fast deposits and withdrawals and trustworthy with your funds. Will also lays decent bet with good incentives for owners etc. all round a good experience and great service. Highly recommend

Very quick replies on WhatsApp for bets & no problem withdrawing. Never had to query a payout after a race everything is transparent from WhatsApp to the site.

A daily/monthly P+L would be handy to have on site perhaps.

Suits me perfect for racing. Not a football or in play sport punter

Superb bookmaker, one of the last few that actually let you have a decent bet and don’t restrict you to Penny’s. Easy to use and the what’s app feature is very quick. You won’t always get best price, but still it will be the average price the markets at. Been with them years and account in profit and they have not kicked me touch for having a winner or 2, easy withdraws too. Don’t make you jump through hoops or do fake pr regarding taking bets like the likes of Geoffrey and that Benjamin food taster do, can’t recommend enough. Top firm and is how bookmakers should run there business, rather than looking for mugs to put accas on or play the slots.

The website needs an overhaul to compete with industry but WhatsApp works well to get a price. The traders are quick to respond and will lay you a fair bet, on occasion I have asked them to price something in antepost (Cheltenham for example) and they just plainly told me they didn't have the interest to lay it. That's fair enough with me and would rather be told that than restricted to a fiver ew. They possibly need to price more racing further in advance but the game has turned to day-of-race now anyway for real markets to form so it's maybe not such a big deal. ***Am speaking completely from horse racing pov, other sports betters on golf or football may have different experiences***

One of the best sites fast withdrawals and brilliant customer service

Quick and easy to set up. Generous odds and decent placing terms on the bigger races.

I have experience with other bookies that are quick to restrict and don’t offer these additional benefits, so it’s been superb experience so far!

Anyone who uses fitzwilliam will have a great service easy to use text service or website quick and friendly resolution to problems and all round good guys thanks chaps

Very responsive to queries and staff helpful

Phenomenal customer service and an extremely user friendly experience. Markets provided for almost everything and instant responses from team. Best bookies on the market.
