Bad experience with FitProperty Sheffield

I had really bad experience with Fit-Property- Sheffield. There was someone called Raquel who sent unnecessary emails before checking with his colleague. For example, I had an agreement with their manager and then he sent such an annoying emails. Overall, I am not happy about this behaviour.

At present, your rent account remains in arrears, and despite multiple attempts via phone and email, we have received no response from you. As the manager, I can confirm that no agreement has been made regarding your arrears. Raquel's role is to follow up on outstanding rent, and in the absence of communication from your side, it is both appropriate and necessary for her to do so.

We encourage you to contact the office directly so we can resolve this matter. We are more than happy to speak with you, but this must begin with a response from yourself.

Fantastic experience with Zeana!!

I had a fantastic experience viewing 2 properties today with Zeana. She was very professional and friendly and made the process smooth giving us all the info we needed. Similar age to us so knew what we were looking for within the properties!

Zeana was absolutely lovely

Zeana was absolutely lovely. Similar age to us so she was very informative with how to help and meant she had similar views of what we would be looking for with a property. Very accommodating!

My experience with Fitpropert was very…

My experience with Fitpropert was very comforting and easy going. I was led by Logan who was understanding and explained to me avaliable dates to view my desired property. Despite not officially booking in, when I am ready I will definitely be calling back and getting the viewing sorted!

Logan gave us a tour round the…

Logan gave us a tour round the properties and was very helpful, he answered all my questions and gave us so much detail even explaining the local amenities and most impressively the distance to the nearest football pitch. Logan was a great help and would definitely recommend.

I had a really nice viewing, the man’s name was Logan, he was really welcoming and friendly and helped me with getting all of the information that I needed.
