I'm still figuring out which custom pads to use, but so far they are very comfortable. They don't completely relieve all foot pain, but it has only been a couple of days, so will give them time. They are better than a lot of more expensive insoles. Spend the extra few dollars and get the customization kit, it helps.

The Quick Fix
To add cushioning where your feet hurt:
Swap Your Pads: If you have the Personalization KIT, switch to the softer Comfort MAX or Oceanfoam pads.
Check Positioning: Make sure the pad is placed directly under the pressure point on your foot.
Give your feet a week to adjust to the new padding. If your foot discomfort persists, let us know the exact location of the pain, and we'll help you find the perfect balance!

best orthotics out there
have worn orthotics for over 40 years and always the same result - they don't work. stumbled across these and thought why not give them a shot. from the moment I put them on - I kid you not - I had relief. Using for pickleball so far it feels good. Put them in my nike vapor 12 after hours of playing i feel good. Before insoles my feet and knees felt like an old man. Shipping seemed to take a little longer than usual.
