Horrible customer service
Ordered a part from them and they sent me the wrong part, their mistake. I sent the part back to them at my cost and asked them to credit back to my card. They replied that they would do that but would charge me the restocking fee ($60 to restock a part that they sent incorrectly that I paid $18 to send back!)
Now it’s been almost a month and they have their part back and they haven’t refunded my money. Every time I ask they say the refund takes 5-7 days.
Absolutely the worst company I’ve ever dealt with for customer service.
Update: they just refunded my money minus $60 for restocking. So they charged me $60 for them sending me the wrong part plus I lost the $18 that I paid to ship it back!
Run from this place!
