Can’t fault it, great price, responsive customer service. Product is exactly as described / expected ( at home reformer). Delivery 2 weeks to Ireland and arrived within estimated delivery time, tracking info isn’t great not many updates but otherwise delivery partner was great as well!

This is a second big purchase that I've made with FitnessDigital within a span of 10 years, and I love it. The delivery crew they use are top notch. I had to reschedule the time slot for the delivery, and it was a breeze talking to customer service. The product was packaged well. FitnessDigital is the only place where I order my Body-Solid stuff and could not recommend them highly enough. Always a pleasure.

Everything arrived in perfect time and in great order, i am based in Ireland. I ordered the compex machine, their payment plan also worked really well, would definitely shop here again

Reasonably priced compared to over sites, Have ordered 4 Reebok steps now and all have arrived in perfect condition & I think maybe about 2 weeks got delivery, happy with my experiences and I’ll order again.

God quality product, great prices. Delivery takes awhile to Ireland, but no issues once it arrived.

Great product and customer service

Ordered indoor bike on 2nd Dec 2025 and it was delivered on 6th Jan 2026. 8-12 working days is rubbish. Bike came from Spain. They could not tell where it was at anytime on route. Never will I buy from company again.

I ordered Marcy Eclipse HG3000 on December 4th 2024. The item is coming from Spain and I live in Ireland. It has still not arrived January 5th 2025. The shipping company Dachser are just terrible and the 8-12 working days delivery promise is just a myth. Not a great experience so far and not entirely Fitness digitals fault but sort out your shipping providers please.

I’ve got my Quantum Crosstrainer. It was very long delivery to Ireland through England which is probably why delayed. Good quality machine but a little bit damaged on transport. Machine didn’t show the speed, calories, rpm and distance. I found the little magnet was loose on the flywheel another sensor didn’t work properly - ll good after positioning again. Assembly Ok with the video as manual details too small to understand.

Good product. However, I am giving 3 stars because in my opinion the product took long to be delivered since it was ordered, 17th November ordered and delived the 5th of December . Furthermore, the cable has a EU plug instead of an Irish one

The order is straight forward, and they use reliable delivery companies that can handle bulky products. The product is as described and the packaging is protecting equipment.

I have purchased a cross trainer. I am very pleased with quality vs. price. It arrived reasonably quick, however the first machine was damaged in transport. I am pleased to say that the customer service was very swift to contact me back and offer replacement, which I accepted and recieved promptly.

I received a confirmation email immediately after ordering, and a second one the next day with a tracking number that was tracked until arrival. Delivery from Spain to my location in Ireland took 14 days. I found this to be very fast, and the courier was very friendly and professional. The packaging was perfectly intact, as if it had just come off the assembly line, despite being shipped from another country. Overall, I'm very glad I ordered from here.
