Generally ok, they missed sending one of my kettlebells. Needed to send 2 emails and 1 phone call get my missing kettlebell.

Ordered some weight plates, but before payment wanted to make sure that they were available. I tried numerous times to contact Fitness and Sport Warehouse, e-mail, phone and even Facebook. I understand that COVID-19 might be disruptive, but no response after a week is unacceptable. I have bought a number of different gym items from different suppliers and they all responded within a couple days

Ordered on 25th of March, have not heard a single thing since.

Have not received goods after waiting for 3 weeks.

Lack of communication and a delay with my order. I was given the wrong dumbell weight. I would not think about ever purchasing from fitness and sport warehouse ever again.

If I could get an update and delivery time soon as it's been 2 weeks now
