Excellent program
Everything was well thought out. Meal plans, grocery lists, recipes. It was great to try new foods and recipes. The community was very supportive and answered questions quickly. The workouts pushed you and also gave you modifications to follow as well. It was the kick start I needed to get back on track.
The program was as advertised
The program was as advertised. The meals were tasty and nourishing without being burdensome to prepare. The workouts are short, challenging and adaptable. oonagh and her staff are almost fanatically responsive. It does not appear that this program will be around much longer. I urge you to grab it while you can!
28 Day Transformation
I just completed the 28 day Transformation. It was exactly what I needed. I had tried several things on my own with little success and with this program I had everything I needed to get on track - meal plans, good recipes, great workouts, and great support when needed, and most importantly lead to sustainable change!
Not just for weight loss
In 28 days I changed more than my weight (lost 10 lbs). I craved far less refined sugar and started habits that got me reaching for healthy foods, even during stressful moments. The program introduced me to foods I would never have tried on my own, and the support from the team was incredible. I am so glad I invested in my health and myself. I am now looking forward to a sustainable, healthy lifestyle, and there is nothing food wise I have eliminated forever. This program taught me moderation.
Great Program, Even With a Busy Life
I really enjoy this program and have been able to stick with it through travel, sickness, etc. Plus Oonagh is just so positive and motivating.
Fit Feels Good for the win
I have been a member of Fit Feels Good for several years and participated in Strong AF in January. There is no more complete program out there for helping you develop realistic healthy habits that fit individual lifestyles. Oonagh and team continously update and innovate the program. The community support is fantastic. It's real, it's honest, it's fun and it works.
Supportive program for wellness and improvement
I've been a member of MFA after completing the 28 day transformation almost 4 years ago. I also completed Strong AF in early 2025! The variety of workouts keeps it interesting and challenging. Resources and support are great and the food adds another layer of fun.

Fit Feels Good offers challenging and successful programs that work. I joined the Strong AF program during an extremely tough time in my life. I loved having an app that provided easy to follow workouts that challenged my body and gave me physical strength that I don't think I have ever had, and emotional strength at a necessary time. The meal plans are fabulous, nourishing, and encourage meal planning for success in the Fit Feels Good programs. Highly recommend!!!!!!

This company seems to sincerely want to provide fitness and health tools to real people for real results. They keep trying to continuously improve, and address emerging issues for their clients. And they do all this with a spirit of fun, adventure, and positivity!
Great philosophy and program!
I have done several of the Fit Feels Good programs (28 Day Transformation, MFA, and StrongAF), and have been very happy. Oonagh's philosophy is spot on - live a good life, whatever that means for you, and build the right habits to support that good life - and she has created a great environment with good supports to help me make the change I wanted to see and live. Highly recommend!
This is the real deal!
I love this program! I’ve been a member for almost 3 years. Oonagh is the REAL DEAL. She and her team serve up what workouts to do and what to eat each day. And by the way the meals are delicious! I always thought I was eating healthy until I joined this program and it opened my eyes. Don’t like the idea of meal plans? No problem. They give you guidelines for going it on your own. There’s tons of flexibility. The program resonates with me so much because there’s no gimmick, it just makes sense. After early menopause my method of counting calories and long walks was no longer getting me results. This program helped me changed how I ate and worked out and I got the results. I also love the Strong AF program because building muscle is so important. I feel strong, I feel GOOD. And the support from admins and the community is impressive! Five stars. This is the one.
Making fitness part of who I am
Fit Feels Good is truly life-changing! Oonagh’s book, podcast, and programs have inspired me to make healthy habits and working out part of my identity. I love that her focus on science and research - not fads or trends - just the truth: building good habits and doing the work. The online community is incredibly supportive. It feels amazing to be part of something so positive, practical, and empowering!
This program is life-changing
This program is life-changing. It has equipped me with tools to sustain a healthy lifestyle, including how to feel good about myself at every stage. While I haven't reached all my goals yet, I'm confident I will after everything I've learned in the MFA. The amount of resources and support is unmatched by any other program,and I've tried most of them. My favorite things are 1. There are no gimmicks, and 2. An amazing group of women. I'm coming up on 1 year in the MFA and I'm so grateful for discovering this program!
Feeling awesome!
I have been using Fit Feels Good since 2021, including the Strong AF program in Jan 2025. There is an amazing library of workouts that fit into my busy schedule, tons of great recipes (with food plans), and great coaching on habits (which is literally applicable to all aspects of my life). The support structure is fantastic. The programs are expensive, but it goes so much beyond a "gym membership". If you want to be even more awesome than you already are and be surrounded by awesome people, I highly recommend this program!
HUGE gratitude for Fit Feels Good!
After doing the 28 Day transformation 3.5 years ago, I haven’t looked back! Joining the MFA after the transformation helped to solidify healthy habits into my lifestyle and then in January 2025 I signed on for Strong AF. It was just what I needed to spice things up after being in the MFA for 3.5 years!
After the 6 week SAF program, I have continued with either the 5 day a week SAF program or the hybrid SAF/MFA (love that this is an option!). The increased strength I have gained from the Strong AF program has been remarkable along with an added benefit of improving some chronic shoulder and neck issues I have been dealing with for years.
These programs are so supportive and have been such a game changer for my physical AND mental health! There have been many hard things that have come up in my life over the last 3.5 years, but thanks to the Fit Feels Good programs, I have had healthy habits locked in to support me through those times. I am so grateful!
Do this! It works!!
This program is excellent and really helped me learn how to lift heavy to see results. I highly recommend to any women over 50, like me. Oonagh is wonderful and her team are top notch.

Oonaghs programs are easily to follow and cut through all the conflicting advice to provide easy to follow guidelines. There’s also a good bit of fun thrown in which is very refreshing
