❤❤ your program is best bcoz i have tried another hyped up program called face yoga by famiko but i prefer your program bcoz of following reasons.

1. Small videos easy to follow ( i litrally got bored following the other faceyoga program).

2. In mini program we can work at three face areas at a time which is amazing however with other faceyoga it only offer 1 feature at a time in mini program.

3. Once a day is enough for fitfaces program but another one need to do twice a day to get results .

4. Format of fitfaces keeps us motivated bcoz we can mark the days we already done unlike faceyoga by famiko.

5. In 6 week challenge we can directly get in touch with natalia to clear our doubts which is just amazing nd again this is not the case for another face yoga program.

So anyone who wanna try faceyoga...i found fit faces to be the best

Very good information in the entire program.Though I still have 2 more sessions to go in this 21 day program but I can surely say that these face exercises really do work. I am extremely happy with the program and just signed up for the 6 week challenge and also the GOLDEN spoon massage since I can now make it a part of my everyday routine.I look forward to this beautiful journey

I signed up for Fit-Faces for my 45th birthday present to myself. I have been practicing face yoga with Natalia now for a few months and I am delighted with both the experience and the results. The program has exceeded my expectations and I look forward to the little bit of “me time”. As a mum of three, I don’t get much pampering and this has been a purely wonderful experience and the part of my day that is just mine! So many people are asking what I’ve done, have I been on holiday? I just look happier! So grateful for Fit-Faces!!!

I have only been doing this a few weeks but I feel these exercises are helping somewhat. Since I am 70 years old, there lots of help needed! Thanks for the help!

The exercises were so well explained and easy to do! My face feels less tense and more glowing :)

Doing these facial exercises have been making my morning routine so special and they are taking years off my face that creams and serums just couldn’t. Will keep doing these continually. It’s like having my own facial spa.

I was a bit skeptical in the beginning because I thought it could be just one more fake online advertisment where too much is promised but the thing is actually much less than expected. But since I thought that yoga for the face makes totally sense and Natalia seems to know what she was talking about I decided to try...and I'm happy I did! It is not that the wrinkles desappear but they definitely get better. I'll keep doing to see how far this can go!

It has been a Great experience the face yoga, and I can tell the difference in my facial muscles. I need to be more consistent for me to have better results.

Easy to follow instructions and Natalia is such a lovely lady. The results are remarkable! Fuller lips, brighter eyes and no forehead wrinkles :)

I'm very satisfied with this 3-week program and I intend to continue with the other courses from Fit-Faces when I've saved up for them.

I've tried many facial exercise books and courses over the past 15 years. What resonated with me most about Natalia's unique approach (besides her energy and humor which I loved immediately) was her understanding of the need to "stretch" the muscles, not just exercise them. I hold tension in my face, like most of us, and this is the only program that has taught me how to relax the muscles.

It works slowly so be patient after 3wks i don't notice much difference but i didn't do it consistently. What I did notice is immediately after doing each exercise my face felt more relaxed in each spot I worked it. Then when I look in the mirror my lips do look plumper and my face I little lifted.

I really enjoyed this programme. Found a slight improvement in 3 weeks, however will continue all exercises for another 3 weeks to see if a vast improvement. I was a little disappointed after the programme that there was not advice on how many times to repeat each week to maintain

Amazing programe i have ever for my face , iam 29 years old but my skin need to reduce wrinkle around mu mouth and eye ,,, but now my face more better
