I really wanted to love this place given the solid 4star reputation but my experience was the definition of 'hit or miss.' while the fabric quality on the trousers I ordered is genuinely impressive heavy well-stitched and definitely not fast-fashion junk the sizing is a complete enigma that bears zero resemblance to the actual size chart provided. Toss in a priority shipping window that felt more like a suggestion than a deadline and customer support bot that seems to be programmed for circular conversation, and you get a very average three stars from me. It's a decent spot if you aren't in a rush and don't mind playing the returns-and-exchange game, but for a store with this much hype the logistics definitely need a glow-up.

The time I got my order the box was a bit damaged when it arrived but the items inside was really well protected by bubble wrap. This show the people at this site cate about keeping the items safe when they are being shipped.

My only slight gripe was that it took 4 days for the product to be dispatched. That said, the actual service and the quality of the products are excellent so I would still recommend the products and the company.
