Firstup left us hanging with mocking support and total neglect
My experience with them was an absolute nightmare! Their support team felt like they were mocking us with half-baked solutions to serious problems and treating every concern like an annoyance. The blatant neglect of client issues was beyond frustrating, leaving us in a constant state of dissatisfaction. We were promised communication tools that would help streamline everything, but it was more like a disaster waiting to happen. Instead of helping, they ignored feedback and concerns, leaving us to fix the mess they created. Absolutely unacceptable!
