My boiler service

The engineer arrived in time. He was great! Very friendly and professional and I was really pleased with the job that he carried out. He explained everything to me once he had finished.

Really pleasant engineer. Took the time to explain everything to me that he was doing and explained that the boiler had passed its service and what he had done.

Excellent communication from the start

Excellent communication from the start, engineer telephoned on the day of the visit to give me an arrival time, was very pleasant and friendly, gave me details of what he had done, and a overview of my boiler, first class service
