This was my first time contacting First Promoter support, and I was genuinely surprised by how helpful, professional, and responsive the team was. As someone who is still new to using First Promoter, it’s natural to have questions, and every question I had was answered promptly, clearly, and with a great deal of patience.
This was truly a team effort, but I especially want to mention Louis. While helping me troubleshoot the issue, he said he would “cross his fingers” that the solution he proposed would work. Thankfully, it did! Thanks to his guidance and support, I was able to resolve the issue successfully.
Overall, it was a very positive support experience, and I truly appreciated the kindness, professionalism, and dedication from the entire team.

Started using it quite recently, but so far everything has been working great. Having experience with several different affiliate platforms, I can confidently say this one is definitely among the best.
