The email address I got from here suddenly stopped working, and there’s no way to get support. Also, the payment methods aren’t reliable. They haven't responded for weeks. SCAMMERS!

Very good software and interface, which I like, I hope there will be further updates with improved support and data recovery in cases of data loss.

Extremely suspicious payment demand — avoid

I received a so-called delivery notice from “First Trust Logistics” claiming my shipment was being held due to “insurance and restriction stamps.” They demanded a £150 bank transfer and used threatening language about police disclosure, criminal penalties, and possible imprisonment if I did not pay.

The document contained several red flags: vague company details, unusual wording such as “discreet account setup fee” and “refundable insurance fee,” no proper verified courier tracking link, no clear legal basis for the charge, and pressure to pay by bank transfer.

As a legitimate trade buyer purchasing cleaning equipment/chemicals for business use, I expect proper invoices, verified courier tracking, official company details, and clear compliance procedures — not threatening notices demanding money.

In my opinion, this looks highly suspicious and has all the signs of a fake courier/advance-fee scam. I would strongly advise others not to pay anything until the company provides verifiable registration details, official contact information, a genuine tracking link, and a proper invoice.

Based on my experience, I would not trust this company.

After 1.5 years, all of my email accounts suddenly stopped working. Technical support is completely unresponsive. Additionally, when I try to send a message in their Telegram chat mentioning the domain usufrmails.ru, I get instantly auto-banned.

This strongly suggests that something has happened to the domain, and they are fully aware of it, but are deliberately avoiding responsibility.

In their Telegram chat, @kost_valentev appears to be the only active representative. However, he replies extremely rarely and without any consistency, seemingly based on his mood rather than in chronological order. He can easily remain completely silent for an entire week. Out of hundreds of user requests (and this is not an exaggeration) he might respond to one.

"This service does not accept emails from senders like Battle.net, yet it falsely claims that 'everything is fine, everything is working.' Having a premium subscription makes no difference, and the support team's response is equally unhelpful. They ignore any attempts to continue the conversation. Actually managing to contact support feels like winning the lottery (it seems like there is just one person acting as manager, support, and director). It's funny that registration works fine, but if you need the email address for a long time, you'll eventually have to recover access to all the services linked to it. I strongly advise against using Firstmail." Этот сервис не принимает письма например от battle net, но лжет, что "все в порядке, все работает". При этом наличии премиума не имеет значения, в том числе и по реакции саппорта. Попытку продолжить диалог они игнорируют. Связаться с саппортом - это удача (видимо у них 1 человек и менеджер и саппорт и директор). Забавно, что при регистрации все в порядке, но если почта вам надолго нужна, то потом доступ к привязанным сервисам вам придется восстанавливать. Строго не рекомендую firstmail

no sé por que pero no me llegan los correos electronicos no me deja cancelar mi suscripcion y no se si me cobraran automaticamente, aparte pague para extender el dominio y no funciona

Являюсь продавцом, удобно работать с этой почтой. Можно хоть 100 раз перезайти - не заблокают. Тем не менее бывает сбои с серверами(в месяц несколько раз замечаю)

Got scammed, do not use! Paid 15 euros to renew domain and didn't work. Contacted them and no answer. Do not pay them anything!!

22 октября купил сервер у этих ребят, висел "В ожидании" двое суток, только потом выдали. В тикетах, к сожалению, тишина.
В Telegram-группе удалось решить вопрос с неверным паролем для root. Непонятно почему это всё не решается в тикетах.

I made three payments via Keepz on October 1st to purchase an API service from Firstmail. Although all payments were successfully completed, my account has still not been credited or activated.

I have tried contacting their support team multiple times, but I haven’t received any meaningful response or solution. It’s been over a week, and my funds are essentially stuck without access to the service I paid for.

This experience has been extremely disappointing and unprofessional. Until they resolve this issue and activate my account, I cannot recommend using Firstmail for any payments or services.

Почтовый домен показывает себя стабильно и качественно. Письма доставляются быстро, задержек не наблюдается. Спам-фильтр работает корректно, лишней почты практически нет. Интерфейс простой и понятный, можно без проблем разобраться с первого раза. Есть удобная, быстрая и хорошая поддержка, что позволяет пользоваться почтой без ограничений.

Отдельно стоит отметить соотношение цены и качества — сервис полностью оправдывает затраты. Подходит как для личных целей, так и для рабочих задач. В целом это надежный и удобный инструмент, который можно рекомендовать.
