James Murphy is very knowledgeable and professional. He is very patient and listens attentively to all your queries. One thing about James is that he will always find ways to make his client happy no matter how small.

All the agents are nice, however, i always prefer to talk to James because I always finish my conversation with him satisfied that I got the best deal. James is a keeper

The sales rep Rebecca Murphy from First Ireland was excellent at her job. She was super friendly, extremely helpful and tried her best to get me the best offer for my insurance. Even when there was an issue she went above and beyond to try resolve any problems. This is hard to fine in the current time when calling insurance company can take ages and when you do get through to a sales rep they are difficult to deal with. Rebecca was one of the main reasons I decided to got with First Ireland for my classic car insurance.

I will never deal with them again!!! After there mistakes they forced me!!! The customer service is one of the worst...you are on hold for 30+minutes each time you call them! and then they are not really helpful!!!
