If I could rate it 0 star I would!!! Ordered a scooter and decided to return same day, reason too small. The process of returning the product is terrible. I order from different famous online shops and never had such awful experience. First of all they ask you to provide 3 photos of the product-ok that’s easy But …they always reject your pics and return. Returning time frame is just 7 days and 2 of them takes just to process your return and then you finally get rejected. Then you have to write to them one million emails and get automatic reply that they are sorry… it’s the most ridiculous online store! Please if you value your time, money and mental health and don’t want to have your first cry, never shop there! You will regret 100% better to pay a bit more and order from A….n.ae believe me!

I'm a frequent online buyer but first cry is not to trust upon. I bought an interactive kitchen set and I found its some parts damaged and when I put return request, they are not entertaining as if it's my mistake. Customer care executives are just lingering up the process by waiting for 2 days from last 10 days as if they don't wanna take the responsibility of the damaged product. There is no one who will try to listen your request and solve it. They say that call is recorded for training purposes but no body is keeping a check how their customer care executives are retaining their customers. Very bad experience. Very bad management. Never wanted to be their customer again. They are lacking in maintaining their customer's trust on them.

Ordered a three pack (Top model animal face mask) kids beauty facial masks. Only received one facial mask (even though on the app it clearly states that it is 3 pieces). Got into contact with their customer service after numerous attempts. Finally received a response and was told to send pictures of the packaging and the items with barcodes etc. I did this, it’s been 4 days since the email and still no updates. I’ve been sending an email each day since I sent the pictures and still nothing. Was my first and definitely my last time purchasing from FirstCry.

PRODUCTS ON THE WEBSITE ARE NOT UPDATED.
THEY ALWAYS CANCEL YOUR ORDER DUE TO UNAVAILABILITY OR TO RAISE THE PRICE..

Unreachable customer service. Unprofessional. They never deliver the products on time nor do they ever take any action when a grievance is registered. The worst delivery partner expressbees who have goons working as delivery guys. Today my family’s safety was put at risk by their delivery guy coz he refused to reschedule delivery & did not leave the doorsteps that we had to call security to get him blocked. A similar incident has happed before. Avoid this app at all costs

worst service and it was my first, I ordered an item several days ago and they did not get back to me when I called them they told we will check, a few minutes later they canceled my order because the item I ordered is not available!!!
i requested for the refund and they told me we will do it manually and it will take up to 15 working days!

FirstCry Arabia sent me an used Dyson vacuum. They are not responsible for it. I have asked for return and refund many times. But it didn’t work.
There are some pictures to prove it.

Been ordering from them for 2 yrs now and suddenly, they are marking some item delivered (from your profile) even though you haven’t received the item. You even have to follow up and call them everyday for a week and still no solution being given. FIRSTCRY HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER CARE SERVICE! THEY ARE TAKING YOUR MONEY WITHOUT SENDING YOU THE ITEM YOU PAID FOR. Especially with kid’s necessities like FORMULA MILK. So if your kid is running out of milk and you badly needed it next day, FIRSTCRY IS NOT THE RIGHT PLACE TO ORDER! THEY WILL STARVE YOUR KID AND TAKE YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THEY WILL MARK YOUR ITEM DELIVERED EVEN THOUGH ITS NOT. WHAT A SHAME! I hope this will not happen to someone who doesn’t have extra money.

Unlike Amazon, you can't cancel the order as soon as you place the order. App will not allow you to cancel. You will be allow to cancel the order after they ship the item where they will charge you shipping fee.

And you will not able to refund to your original way of payment method like Amazon. They will do cash refund to their account where you need to use it on their website again. Pathetic experience.

They sent us a used item. The tag even has the name of a child and it was erased. Too bad service. We asked for refund. They sent us a link that does not work. We contacted them, they stopped responding.
If not from Amazon or Noon, don't buy!
Worst company!

I bought the 10 ft trampoline in Jan 2022. A year later, the zipper and the lock of the trampoline broke. So this became a dangerous situation. My child actually fell out of trampoline because of this and got hurt.
I asked the company to replace the item or repair it. They dragged their feet for 6 weeks. They finally decided that the zipper and the lock cannot be replaced and informed me that only way is to replace the whole trampoline.
This is NOT an acceptable behavior or response. I am letting other buyers know so their children are not put in a dangerous situation.

Started ordering from First Cry since my new baby was born in December. Website simple enough to use, never had issues with the delivery, as the orders have always arrived when promised. Most items I have received have been absolutely fine as far as I can tell.

However my latest order surprised and disappointed me. Ordered a supposedly branded baby activity centre. When it arrived it was clearly a Chinese knock-off product with the only hint to the promised brand, a flimsy sticker stuck onto the box. You can’t just stick a sticker on and it makes it branded. Starting to wonder how much of their stuff is actually real, although this is the only one I have noticed to be a fake.

firstcry very chitter company and delivery partner change parcel and amount deducted without knowledge.i suggest not to purchase online from first cry.

What an insufferable check out journey!! Absolutely impractical to gift an item via first cry - they dont offer any gifting options. The chat bot promises a gift wrapping option BUT you won't know until you call customer service that NOT all products have this. And they customer center totally ignores your initial reach out email as though it was never sent !!!
The worse return process of ALL time. After less than 24 hour delivery - I was asked to submit images of the package in 6 different ways In order to get it approved (after I already submitted 3 images of the item in its original package fresh in its box and hasn't been opened.)
The customer call center shouldn't even exist as they absolutely don't care to support or provide help or be 1% empathetic to the situation.

Never ever again shopping nor will I recommend frycry to anyone! Your competitors outperform you by far on all aspects!

I wonder if your product team tested this journey, taken the feedback given and applied it prior to launch. If not being agile is in your favor please consider a major revamp here.

Ordered a travel cot, didn’t work when it arrived, took 6 days to hear back from customer service and when I did they rejected the claim as I did not attach pictures (which would have been irrelevant to the claim).

Also offering FirstCry credit as a refund instead of cash which is not right given they sold a faulty product.

Won’t be ordering from FirstCry again.
