Took longer route both ways
Took longer route both ways. Did not proceed to drop off lane at arena for both drop off and pickup.

One of the drivers was late
One of the drivers was late. It cut 40mins of the residents' time at the winery. The other 2 drivers were so patient with our residents. They were careful and caring.

Overall a good experience.
Overall, the experience was pretty good. I needed to book multiple buses to transport international lawn bowl players back and forth between the facility and the hotel. Dawn was extremely helpful with this process and was able to make changes as needed. We ran into some issues on the final day as one of the bus drivers was pretty rude and didn’t want to stick to the booking time and wanted to depart early. Fortunately, another bus showed up that we were able to use to get players to the facility at the correct time. Lastly, I was trying to get in touch with the charter office on the last day to make sure if a booking and after multiple attempts and messages left, no one returned my calls. Fortunately, I was able to talk to a driver who was able to make a call and get me in touch with a dispatcher who could help me with my concern. All and all, a pretty good experience except for the last day.

Great experience!
Every employee I talked to was super helpful and kind. The bus arrived early, the bus driver was super friendly and helpful. It was a great experience from start to finish. Would book again with them.
