Both buses rented from First Charter Bus Rental showed up right on time and transported our large group of wedding guests to/from our wedding venue without any issues. Have another Chicago wedding planned for August 2022 and wiil plan to use First Charter again for that event…..

Initial contact was great…everything explained (except whether or not we wanted an air conditioned bus), and paperwork was received in a timely manner. Bus driver was excellent…very accommodating and courteous. However, I did need to possibly change the number of hours that we needed the bus, and the experience was not so good. Options not totally given until I asked questions, and her attitude was awful. Too bad I didn’t get her name. 😡

The bus arrived on time and the driver was very nice and professional. The bus was in good condition and we did not encounter any issues. The bus was ready and waiting for us at end of event. Thanks for the service!

Our preschool group required two busses. I was on the lead bus. It was the nicest ride. Very smooth, local trip to theater'
- no highways. The report from the second, following bus, was underwhelming. The driver hit curbs twice while making right turns. The hits were pretty intense, not just bumps or rubs. A child was thrown *from window seat- over a teacher into the isle. Another child from across the isle hit head on window frame and required an ice pack. We have experienced rough rides in the past, but never needed ice packs or had injuries 😕

We appreciated the timing and flexibility. The driver was courteous and respectful. The bus was very clean.

Our driver was excellent and customer service throughout the process was great.

Every thing was great for the most part. But he was a few minutes late. I didn't like when I called the charter manager the day before to get the driver's information he didn't have it because he didn't assign it yet that really aggravated me and I wasn't sure if I had a driver and then he was late. Other than that it was a good experience our driver was great he was friendly and flexible.

Last bus of the evening left with 2 guests on it and about 30, including the bridal party, without a ride in a semi-rural area. Some guests were even waiting outside in view of the bus when it left.

We used them for our wedding to get the bridal party from the hotel to the ceremony and then to the reception. Our driver was great and very prompt!

On time, professional, knowledgeable about covid safety, and overall passenger safety
