Our driver was excellent. She was on time, accommodating and very professional. I would highly recommend her.

We decided to go with First Charter Bus Rental for transportation for our guests to and from our wedding and reception. Everything was fine until the end of the night when the two busses that were staying and supposed to be running a shuttle to and from the hotel did not follow the shuttle instructions I had left with extensive details with 3 different representatives. The two busses were supposed to transport guests, as needed, to the hotel when they wanted to leave the reception and return to the venue to pick up more guests. The first bus left around 9 pm with only a couple guests on it and never returned. The second bus left at 10 pm even though we had it booked until 11 pm and was jam packed with our guests since the first bus never returned to help get other guests. It was an abrupt ending to our reception since we weren’t planning on ending until 10:30 pm. For the money we paid, I wish our instructions would have been followed more closely, so that is why the review is just average.

The service was great. We had a little mix up with the address the day before the wedding so I was a little nervous about everything going smoothly but the bus was where we needed to be at the right time. Would definitely use First Student again.

Ms. Ruby was amazing. She got us everywhere we needed to go without even using GPS on her phone. She was very safe due to covid. I saw her multiple times wipe down the entire bus with disinfectant. She counted us as we got off and on the bus to make sure no one got lost. I could not speak more highly of her. Great experience.

Drivers did not know the route they were supposed to go. Also, after being provided with the information about the route they didn't know the way there so it took longer to get to the destination. Drivers were also asking for tips.

The bus did complete the negotiated terms in the contract which was shuttling all the people in our organization from the meeting place to the venue. But the bus driver turned a 3:00-5:00 minute return trip into almost 30:00 minutes. I know this is no fault of the company and was probably an honest mistake but it screwed the whole schedule for the night.

Our bus arrived over 30 minutes late and went to a different entrance than explained on the itinerary. Our students missed 30 missed 30 minutes of their field trip. When I called to see where the bus was, I was placed on hold for 30 minutes as well.

The bus driver was excellent. However, we requested a wheelchair accessible bus but didn’t get one. It’s been years since I rode one so when did they get so close together? The adults got little to no leg room.

The driver was 10 minutes late which cut our trip short. He should have been 10 minutes early.

Chartering the bus was somewhat stressful. I have chartered a bus 11 times. I0 of the 11 times I wait days being unsure if the charter was picked up from one off the local offices. That's not right. If my credit card number can be taken for the charter then I should be reassured that I will have a bus for my event.
