First Student did such a great job planning and scheduling our event. They made all of the changes I needed. The day of the actual event, our driver Lucy could not have been better. I would Not only recommend first Student, I would Absolutley use them again. Thank you!

We've had the same bus driver the past…
We've had the same bus driver the past two times (Tim, I think it is), and he is very kind, patient, and friendly! I hope to have him again in the future for other trips!

I called and asked for a quote
I called and asked for a quote. My info was entered into the system but I was never provided a quote until I called back and had to had to wait another day for the quote.
The drivers were polite and friendly but my pickup and drop off locations were not recorded/communicated properly to the drivers.

We used First Charter Bus for transportation to and from the hotel to our wedding venue. They were on time and sufficient and our driver was extremely helpful and friendly! I'd definitely recommend them to anyone! Also, the customer service was so helpful and answered all of my questions!

Great for a large group!
We used this service to transport the wedding party & family from church to our rehearsal dinner venue and it was terrific!
The advance registration easy, bus clean, driver friendly and all had a blast!

Birthday Rental
My son's 4th birthday was coming up, and he loves school buses. Since we couldn't throw a normal party because of covid, we decided to rent a school bus to take us on a trip to the zoo to celebrate. It was a huge hit! The bus came on time, and was very clean (and had AC, which was a huge plus on a hot day!). Our driver was awesome - very friendly and was so nice to my kids. We felt very safe while driving on the highway during our trip. When we were ready to leave the bus was exactly where it was suppose to be. Everything went as scheduled and it was a great experience!

Our driver was great
Our driver was great. Even though our itinerary we had did not match his copy, he still got us to where we needed to go. This was very important as we were going to different photo locations for our wedding.
