Great Experience Amazing Driver
We had a great experience with the best driver we have had from First Student, Jessica! Our bus broke down and she limped it to the next stop where we had a good time until a back up bus was brought to us. Jessica kept us updated, positive, and was engaging with all of our guests. We have had good luck with First Student in the past but even with a broken bus, we had an exceptional time.

The driver and bus (cleanliness) were 5 starts. It arrived on time and everything was great.
The only issue was the printed out directions which took us a really long and slow way. On the return trip, we went a different way.
Not a big deal and as always we had a very good experience!

The driver did an excellent job
The driver did an excellent job! He was easy to work, punctual and courteous. The only thing I had any issues with was trying to contact for booking. It took me several days and sat on hold for long periods of time.

Terrible experience
The bus never arrived and no one would answer our calls on on "day of trip" phone numbers or even call us back. I have all of the confirmation emails with the correct date, time, address, etc. I was even charged for the bus! This was a total fail on their end and an awful experience. Save yourself the stress and go with a more reliable bus company!
