The bus never showed up
The bus never showed up. I called all contact numbers the day of the trip …. No one answered…. Was stuck with 25 people and no transportation…. My wife’s 50th birthday was ruined to say the least…. Plus lost money on winery reservations. Also was charged for the trip which I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. Still trying to reach company no one answering.

They are always on time and the drivers are friendly and professional. I would ask that you have available buses with an undercarriage as we use your service to transport students to an overnight camp. We need space for luggage. Thank you

First Charter was great from start to finish. They were easy to book with, and were very flexible around exact times and number of buses needed. The day before, they called and confirmed all of the details of our charter which was very reassuring. Finally, the day of they were everything you could want. They showed up on time, they were very professional and friendly, and they got everyone to and from our event safely. I would definitely use them again for any future events.

Planning was great! But individual driver not so much
Someone always answered the phone quickly and was patient. We carefully planned 2 Bus route with 3 stops. On the day of the event, one of the bus drivers decided to change the order of stops, which inconvenienced one group of guests. They had to stay on bus for an hour, unnecessarily. This was not the fault of the NJ location, but the individual driver.

Reliable, Professional, Easy
I found them to be easy to talk to and book with. They confirmed all the details and procedures, very thorough. They may be a little bit more but you pay for quality and peace of mind. The busing to and from our event went off without any hitches. Didn’t have to think twice about it, which is the best kind of service.

Almost perfect!
The day of the trip was fantastic! Our bus driver was wonderful and we greatly appreciated the air conditioner We did however get a call the day before the trip that you may have to cancel and that was very stressful. The price was also very expensive. I
