I order a HellKitty sweatshirt in mid-November, not knowing it was coming all the way from Poland. Christmas gift for my 16 year old little sister. Didn’t realize the whole Russia invading everyone was going on. So let’s just say I didn’t think I was gonna make it for the holidays. Tracking number didn’t work once it left Poland, but reached out to the team and they translated what I couldn’t read. Haha and Lo and behold the package arrived first week of December.

Quality is top notch. Size is perfect. 👌 Everything was awesome! No complaints what so ever. Also will definitely order again very soon <3

I ordered 2 vinyls, they arrived quite fast and it was the best vinyls I’ve ever had so far! The latest album Grizzly is great. I ordered that one with the trip and zoetrope, I think it’s a perfect combination.

I’m from Toronto, Canada and I got my order in 9 days. The tracking website didn’t show me that it was already out for delivery so I was surprised when Canada Post was at my door but I was just glad to get it even sooner than expected! The shipping price is high but since the item I got was on discount I impulsively placed the order. I got the Hell Kitty Halloween hoodie and the quality is amazing, and it’s the perfect oversized fit for me. I’m a 5’9 lady but wear a size small and I got the size Large to fit me oversized and baggy and it’s perfect for me.

No issue. Got a little growling teddy, received it without any issue. And month agos, I've ordered a mask on alex terrible website, no issue either. It's not amazon level of fast but that's very okay.

I have ordered merch from here multiple times, the quality of the t shirts is great, they are comfy they come in a nice range of sizes, ive receivedmany compliments on my shorts when im out . I've never had any problems.Shipping is alright (im in the uk) so I understand the time. I will continue to order from here.

The merch has really good quality and great designs. No problems with the sizes and the prices are okay. I live in Germany and my first order arrived very fast. In my second order there are some pre-order merch, so it takes a longer time to arrive, but you can read this in the description, so no problem. Really good work, really good shop

My Mrs bought me a singlet for Christmas on the 20/11/25 and still not shipped but it has given her a tracking number, but nothing more than that. Hope it’s not a scam site.

Order placed more than 2 weeks ago, package supposedly shipped but the tracking number provided says that the package has still not been handed over to the carrier... Estimated delivery in 3 to 5 days.
Several emails sent and I was only told to wait, no real information to know where my package is.
