Brad is friendly and very knowledgeable. I was pleased with the BLS course

The course was very informative with plenty of 'hands on' practice

The trainer Andy Taylor is amazing!

He is very knowledegeable and easy to talk to. Although this is a very serious subject he still makes it fun while getting the point across.

Our full team enjoyed the training sessions.

A very comprehensive informed refresher course of CPR and medical emergencies. This was delivered by a very experienced trainer who gave excellent guidance and advice on how to handle various medical emergencies. I am grateful of the experience and feel more confident should a medical emergency occur.

Malcolm was a fab trainer, session was relaxed and informative, I find I take more information onboard in this format than being spoken at.

trainers took time and explained everything. lots of experience and examples given. enjoyed the group work as able to share experiences. feel like the knowledge will be so valuable within my role and i would be very interested in more courses.

Relaxed atmosphere, good pace of teaching

This service needs more training in how to talk to people. What a disgusting bunch of people who think they have the right to slag the public off like they do. The world does not revolve around the ambulance service. The staff are horrible and untrustworthy. They don't have any time for the people who they are supposed to help they just want praised up and to be noticed. They are disgusting the way that they go on and on to people.

The First Aid training provided by NEAS was excellent. Informative and interactive, delivered at a good pace.

The training was clear and concise with plenty of opportunities for practical learning. The staff were very friendly and welcoming, and the facility was excellent.

It was a fun interactive informative course, which will help me feel confident in any future decisions I may take when preforming first aid. The teacher was happy to answer any questions we had and was very passionate

Great service by experienced staff. Andy has been to our Dental Practice a couple of times, and would definately invite back again next year.

A well run informative course that used learners experiences to maximise learning. Lots of time used for practical hands on sessions.

The 2-day refresher course was excellent. Right pace and right mix of practical and theory.

I feel the courses should ALWAYS be ran by paramedics as they bring such an abundance of knowledge with them through hands on experience which aids the learning.

I have attended this course with another provider many years ago and would recommend NEAS as best in class.

My only feedback would be on the wording of the theory exam papers. These were written by the third party company who now own the testing (NOT the NEAS) - wording not great and on some questions confusing. Not saying this as a bad loser as I passed the course flying colors 😊but truly atrocious wording of the exam questions.
