This is my forever more sunglasses store....my only regret is having my eyes lasered so I no longer need prescription glasses too 😂 Wish I found this site sooner....the website itself is faultless. So easy to use and every question is answered. So well done with the measurements etc to ensure the best fit and style possible which is so hard as an online store. The customer care is beyond! And the packaging is incredible! Such a suprise. I have literally told all my friends and family to shop at Firmoo. The customisation is amazing too being able to choose the frame colour and the lens can be classic or gradient for free which is amazing.

I have bought several pairs of glasses from Firmoo, and always found the frames and lenses to be of the highest quality. On a single occasion when there was a problem with my glasses, the reply could not have been any more helpful, and the problem was quickly resolved.

Didn't believe the deal I got. There was a special for International Women's Day so I ordered a pair of sunnies and a pair of glasses. I put my prescription in I'd gotten from Specsavers and hoped for the best. Was so happy when both pairs arrived a couple of weeks later. Well packaged and a perfect fit.

the glasses arrived quickly and securely packaged in a hard case. they fit pretty well and the lenses are to prescription . Ive only had them for a week, so I can't say whether the lenses will hold up to my rough treatment, but so far I'm happy with them for the price.

I selected a set of frames with multifocal lens. The lenses were fantastic and very good quality. Unfortunately the frame I chose nose bridge was too wide for my nose and the glasses slipped down.
I requested a refund and was contacted by support who offered either a refund or exchange. I confirmed I wanted a refund and it was processed immediately.

My daughter bought a pair of glasses, the script was easy to place on Firmoo and the delivery was quicker than first thought, the glasses are of great quality, the fit was perfect and she is very happy with them, give Firmoo ago you won't be disappointed

Very good quality glasses. I did not get prescription so can not comment on how well they do there but customwr service was FANTASITC. Had an issue and they sorted it out right away for me and I am happy.
