Fireplaces USA Arvostelua

Fireplaces USA is the only website that gave me confidence in product dimensions. We had very specific dimensions to fill our old fireplace with an electric insert. The item arrived in perfect condition and fit perfectly. I relied on other reviews for quality and we have been extremely happy with this purchase. I will only be purchasing from them again. Thank you!

Jessica Malonga was very, very helpful and responsive every step of the way! She deserves a bonus in my opinion. Most employees only hear the about the irate customers and complaints. Make sure she is recognized please.

The glass face brackets came off easily, luckily the glass didn’t break! I need a replacement glass since the brackets are glued on.

They were very helpful and informative. I had to return the first fireplace I ordered and there was no chare to do so and they sent me a shipping label. I have the right one now, could not be happier. Great service!!!!

This is a beautiful fireplace! It fit perfectly with the dimensions sent! So very easy to install, it did take two men since I ordered a bigger one! We absolutely love it!

Fireplaces USA had the best price on the item I was looking for. Shipping was very fast. Up to this point all of the interactions I have had with them have been positive.

Fair price fast delivery product as advertised

Awesome fire place, looks great in my spot, easy to hang, well made, nice assortment of flames and ember beds. When its chilly you can turn on the heater to heat up just that space

Customer service was excellent and the speed that they shipped my order could not be beat. I would happily purchase additional items for my company from Fireplaces USA!

Great product, delivered on time and without damage! Completely happy and would buy from them again. Highly recommended!

Horrible customer service. Representatives on the phone and on chat knew nothing about the product.

Sent damaged fireplace it was a real headache to resolve the matter and then they sent a second fireplace instead of just the damaged pieces to replace and expected us to hurry up and tear down the first fireplace and return when it took this company forever to respond to our damaged request. We ended up just using one side piece for repair because the matel piece was damaged worse than the first one and we didn’t want to go through the constant phone calls and being told she would get right back to me after she talked with her manager and never would call me back I was constantly calling to make sure they weren’t going to blow us off. These fireplaces are not cheap but this company treats you cheap so I wouldn’t recommend them to anyone!

This is our second electric fireplace purchased from Fireplaces USA. We are impressed by the quality of it. It provides nice heat and ambience. We ordered it online and received it in a very timely manner. Very happy with our purchase!

Quick delivery, product as advertised.

Fireplaces USA made it so easy for me to choose a fireplace. They were available not only by chat, but easily accessible by phone. The fireplace arrived within 2 weeks and it's everything I expected it to be for our custom built-in cabinet and shelves. Highly recommend purchasing from this company.

One of the best purchases I have made for my home. Not only was it easy to mount (would recommend mounting it with some help), but it was a great compliment for my living room making it more cozy.

The different light features allows you change the mood of your room. Also, having a built in heater is a great feature for the cold winter nights. Worth every penny and highly recommend purchasing.

Great help over phone to place order and then exceptional help with handling a problem. Highly recommend FIREPLACES USA

Item as described and was safely packaged. Shipping was quicker than expected. So far the quality seems exceptional and very realistic. I would definitely recommend this product and purchase again.

Delivered in a proper packaging and on time.
