Firelink Direct Arvostelua

Very easy to install if you follow video link sent by Firelink Direct. Delivery as promised.

Units arrived quickly and impressed with how easy that are to setup and install

Very efficient, prompt next day delivery.
Although when I called and an assistant answered the phone. I asked if I could order over the phone?
I was told to do it on line .
Otherwise I would have given 5 stars.

Seamless easy and smooth transaction. Parcel arrived in good time given we live in the rural part of North NE Aberdeenshire. Packaging was excellent and contents well protected. Demo video of pairing switching and resetting was invaluable and good. All in all a job well done

Impressed from order to deliver. Alarms are very compact and streamlined. Easy to connect and attach to ceiling with sticky pads that are supplied. No negative points.

Fast delivery, clear installation instructions, pretty much as it said on the advert.
A little dearer than some other suppliers - but no nonsense service.

Firelink direct is the best smoke alarm suppliers with good quality service and products so easy to install.

Ordered one day, arrived the next. Followed the simple set up video and three smoke and one heat alarm set up in minutes. Light in weight so easy to fix to ceiling and very unobtrusive, so all good so far.

quick delivery and easy to connect alarms and fix up

Informative site with all the necessary information on which items to choose. Quick receipt of all equipment ordered.
Helpful instructions.

Quick delivery, easy set up

had problem setting up alarms which turned out to be faulty. Got replacement set sent which were simple to install and working perfectly. Chloe Nicol from customer services was very helpful and patient

Fairly easy to install three interlinked smoke alarms and one heat alarm. I used the double sided adhesive to stick the bracket onto the ceiling and then applied the screws into the ceiling to make extra sure it stayed up (don't use the plastic plugs, you do not need them). The only tricky part was reinserting the alarm body onto the bracket but that only took a couple of minutes each time.

Order process worked well. When linking units before installation one did not link so rang Firelink for help. Very helpful and sent out new unit to replace faulty one.

Good range of products and easy to find and order on the website. The online guide to what alarms were needed was very helpful and our order arrived promptly.

I bought the Firelink system based on the major overall theme of mandatory interlinking alarms. I'd seen other suppliers advertising what seemed to be interlinking smoke+heat+CO alarm systems or combinations, and I just assumed, mistakenly, that the Firelink system likewise incorporated a CO linkage.

I was wrong, but I don't think Firelink made remotely enough effort to state clearly that their CO alarm is a stand-alone unlinked unit.

In the general context of linked alarms, the Firelink name surely conveys the natural implication that it is a fully linked system, indeed the CO pack is labelled "Firelink direct Carbon Monoxide Alarm".

Our only clue therefore is the absence of the word "Interlinked" and I don't consider this sufficient clarification in these new and unfamiliar circumstances.

Great help on the build your set up, good hints and tips, nice and fast delivery.

Was so impressed with every feature of our 1st time dealing with Firelink Direct that we placed a 2nd order for our Daughter's household and were similarly impressed. Many thanks Firelink Direct.

The product is good but there was a week's delay due to an error by the delivery company.
