Firelink Direct Arvostelua

Helpful straightforward advice of what I needed to order at a reasonable price, delivered very fast (received in the north of Scotland within 3 days), easy to activate and install. All done and we’re covered, thanks would highly recommend

alarms very easy to set up.i bought 4 sets.one of the smoke detectors was faulty.it wouldnt link up with others and would sound randomly.
on asking for a replacement i had to pay to send faulty sensor back.

Would have been 5 stars. Didn't get next day delivery. But as the order was made immediately before Xmas, this was ,perhaps, understandable. Otherwise, a tip top experience.

arrived quickly and alarms work well. were easy to fit

Easy to deal with and great advice on the Web page for ordering your smoke alarms

Very quick service and affordable fire alarms! 👍😀

Compliance made simple with Firelink Direct.
East to order and received at home with east installation soon had the alarms interlinked and fully compliant!

Having purchased a property with only one (non functional alarm) when I actually needed 7!!! I went into panic mode HOWEVER FireLink Directs website and easy to understand information regarding what I required, was the calm that I needed. Extremely prompt delivery, in the festive season was great too. Highly recommend

Printed instructions not commensurate with items. Needed the video as no visual clues on devices otherwise AOL.

Order to receiving no problem. Could’ve done with confirmation of dispatch but all came safely.

This was a fast service from ordering the product to receiving the product
It was really quick and easy to install and if you have any issues they provide an excellent service via email with a detailed video explaining just how to configure them and install step by step.
Overall very good service and product.

I had to email the team and they were kind and very helpful on their response.

Delivered efficiently, easy set up, works perfectly.

The product was as expected modern slim features blends into decor almost unnoticeable , easy to install via video.
Thank you Firelink Direct .
Only negative two weeks to arrive due to strikes !! But worth the wait .

Quick and simple instructions which made easy installation.

Items arrived promptly. The instructions were easy to follow. Peace of mind for 10 years as less than 5p per day.

Really poor service, waited 2 weeks for delivery when I understood they would be dispatched in a day or so . After a week I phoned and was told they were being dispatched that day , yet it took a further week before the delivery company had them .
Only arrived yesterday !!

With the strikes going on you were backlogged and it may have took a few days longer but you kept me informed and all is well
