Das ISO42001 Training war hervorragend, der Trainer super kompetent und angenehm.

The training provided was great, but I am still awaiting my Exam Token. Other than that will definitely be using this platform in the near future.

Unterricht wurde mit vielen Verzögerungen und immer wieder verspätet (nach Pausen) gestartet und beinhaltete zu viele „Ausflüge“ die am Thema vorbeigingen. Auch auf Nachfrage wurde das Lernmaterial (die teils gezeigten Folien oder das Buch als Druckversion) nicht zur Verfügung gestellt.

Firebrand was very useful in keeping track of my apprenticeship progress, and my learning mentor Perran was helpful in providing me support for any of my issues.

I would like to compliment my skills coach Perran James. He was very helpful throughout my apprenticeship and ensured he was doing everything in order for me to pass. He worked super hard in all areas to ensure he was giving me the highest level of support he could give. Perran was also very approachable, making me feel comfortable to contact him whenever I need any assistance. I'm very thankful to Perran for all the effort he put in to support me and without him it would have been very difficult to pass.

Sehr guter Trainer, der die Menge des Stoffs gut und praxisnah in der Kürze der Zeit vermitteln konnte. Ein hoher Lernaufwand ist trotzdem erforderlich und eine gewisse Erfahrung, um die Inhalte der Schulung nachzuvollziehen und die Prüfung bestehen zu können.

Zu viel Input für zu wenig Zeit, sich für die Zertifikat Prüfung vorbereiten kann.

Firebrand throughout my apprenticeship have been excellent. They provided with me with all the resources and opportunities I needed to to achieve my Merit grade. My learning mentor Perran James was also excellent and helped me massively through the entire process.

Firebrand geeft je de beste mogelijkheid voor het behalen van certificaten. Goede docenten met veel kennis en kunde en geen zorgen over randzaken zoals verblijf (mocht je on-site training krijgen).

Goede training voor degenen die vooral hun examen willen halen.

Overall great experience, intensive but everything is easily understandable without any previous Business Analysis knowledge.

They delivered everything they promised. Intensive courses, great teachers, a stress free environment and most importantly a passed exam within 5 days!

I'm really happy that I chose Firebrand for my apprenticeship. The courses and material they provided for learning were very interesting and helped me greatly to improve my networking skills and knowledge. The residential courses were such a great experience! Instructor Gareth did a very good job at leading the lectures, providing support and answers. All thanks to him I managed to pass the vendor exams and get my certifications. Perran has also been very helpful throughout this whole apprenticeship. He has always provided good advice and support. Thanks to him I was able to complete all my project works and pass the EPA successfully.

I successfully completed a Level 4 Network Engineering apprenticeship securing a Distinction. Firebrand was extremely proactive, providing lots of notice about upcoming training sessions and assignments throughout. I would like to say a special thanks to Perran J, and Vijay M for their continuous support and feedback during the 2-year apprenticeship to ensure a successful outcome.
