Worst experience ever. It has been 2 weeks now since I have ordered a firearm from them and they say they are finally shipping it out. I have e-mailed them several times with no response. Never buying here again.
I've been a customer of FOC for years and have spent a good amount of money with them. Unfortunately the one and only time I need their help with an item I purchased from them it has been extremely disappointing. I need a replacement part for a product I purchased from them which was under warranty. I sent my inquiry and received an email on June 16th advising they would email the supplier to see if they had replacement parts. It is now July 5th and I haven't heard a word from them, even after sending a couple follow up emails. I don't think it takes 3 weeks to get a reply from their supplier so the wait time is unsatisfactory. If this is how they help their customers then I'll take my business elsewhere. I want to know I'm buying items from a company that is a little more responsive.
Added one star as the contact finally got back to me after the 3rd request for an update. If I get the part as they suggested I would I'll update my review.
Update: I received the part I needed from the supplier but it lacked the screw to mount it properly and absolutely no paperwork outlining the details of the warranty claim. Good that I finally got the replacement part but pretty painful to get it done so I think I'll shop elsewhere from now on.
