If you make some profits they`ll claim some irregularity or issue and withold your money. More than 3 Months now "waiting" "investigation" of "toxic/behavior" and more 42k USD frozen there...

Withdrawal blocked, no response from compliance
I deposited funds via USDT (TRC20) and traded normally.
After an account review, the company informed me that I could only withdraw my initial deposit. I accepted this decision and requested the withdrawal of my own money.
However, my account access was blocked and I am unable to log in or submit the withdrawal. I contacted support via email, WhatsApp, and live chat multiple times, but received no clear response or timeline.
They keep saying that “the competent authority is reviewing” but no one responds anymore.
I am not asking for profits, only my own deposited funds. This situation is causing serious financial hardship.

Fiper Markets does not withhold client deposits unlawfully. Any adjustments made were strictly in accordance with the agreement accepted at account opening.

Very dificult to have a help support and the platform doesnt have the instruments mencioned in the site. Where are the shares us? I opened a live account and i cant to have a Demo account mt5??? I had sent many mails to Support and the chat only works with robots.... it s very suspicious company...

يرجى العلم ان روبوتات التردد العالي التي تستخدمها حضرتك محضورة كلياً وغير قابله للتفعيل للحسابات الحقيقية لدى كل الشركات في العالم
ومن يستخدم هذه الروبوتات غالباً يعي تماماً انها محضورة مع العلم ان شركة فايبر من غير الممكن ان تقوم بحجز أرصدتك المودعه في هذه الحالة انما تقوم بتعليق اي نتائج على الحساب

اما امنياتي الي الشركه ان تنظر في الرافعه الماليه اكثر على ازواج الذهب وان تنظم عمل مدراء الحسابات بحيث يمكن للعميل السحب والايداع من خلال مدير الحساب بشكل اسرع بالاضافه لدعم الاشخاص الذين يملكون خدمه النسخ واداء جيد
واتمنى ان تفتح الشركه اكثر من فرع واكثر من ترخيص عالمي للمنافسه ولاستقطاب اشخاص جدد

Beautiful functional website
Beautiful functional website. I was on chat for FOUR hours and there is NO SUPPORT whatsoever. The AI chat, kept bouncing me back n forth and I had to enter my name like total of 6-8x. I dont know when or if support is working and there is no such info on sites as to their support hours. This is very concerning if they are ready to accept international clients, they should expect and be ready to support those that dont live in their country.
Fiper offer Fiper ETF which i find interesting and interested. There is NO published results of this ETF though there are some details about their ETF. Its very hard to try to invest with a company that has no support and no published results for a managed account that they offer.
Guess I will now get a reply from them after they decided to answer. Whether they will take the feedback to improve to understand that investors wont invest in just words, they needed proof via a statement at least of their ETF offer. Not providing this is a huge red flag for me
I am yet their customer, 1star for functional website (i dont see email for support) and 1star for fact that i am yet a customer thus I should at least give them a chance for a response

Verified results are great just that its base on your reply. I would like to have such statements published on website. There is nothing to hide if Fiber wished to attract investors. I am quite sure I dont and wont invest in something whereby results are "verified" on air only
