I had to wait 5 hours in the showroom…
I had to wait 5 hours in the showroom before being able to leave with my new car because of the finance figures not being correct. I was only contacted 30 minutes before I left to have an explanation as to what was taking so long. And then had to go through the signing process again! This is after 3 separate phone calls prior to collection day to correct the figures of the financial agreement that kept on going wrong.

My vehicle dealership S M Specialist cars recommended Finset to provide finance on my vehicle and I’m so glad they did. From first contact to finalising my finance the whole team have been superb. Nothing has been too much for them. They offer extremely competitive rates and deal with all the big players in the market which helps if your requirements are not mainstream such as high mileage vehicles. The whole process is easy and rapid too.

The service was fine initially
The service was fine initially, and I was happy with the process. However, when I was asked to submit the required documents, I felt that I was somewhat rushed by a member of staff. I completely understand that the documents were necessary and that there may have been a deadline, but I felt that there could have been more consideration given to the fact that customers may also be at work or dealing with other important commitments.
Receiving a call first thing in the morning and being asked to rush the submission put me off the service somewhat. I would suggest allowing customers a reasonable amount of time to provide the required documents, while still making them aware of any relevant deadlines.
Overall, the service was fine, but I feel that the communication and approach could have been handled with a little more patience and consideration.
