I traded with FINQ long back say in 2020. Nothing bad with them. Though I lost. We have to ownup for our decisions. If not we will not improve. Never pass the buck. Their crediting the bonus and effecting withdrawals are all very superb. I am very disturbed with many comments. Thats why I posted my comments. I am not in trade or in touch with them since 2021 though. Be realistic. In an industry where prices fluctuates so widely booking the loss on our own very important. We have to improve by finding mistakes on our own decisions. Blaming the company happens bcuz we are humans. Good luck guys.

My experience was very bad with Finq .com.They always offer good bonuses but never give on time. Customer support is very poor. They never replay for your email.

Thank God am not invest any money on this platform. One lady call me before a week to start investing on finq.com, am agree with this deal but she call me every day again and again heaving discuss about trading. When I saw the reviews of finq customers I was shocked that I survived. I was a newbie in this app just starting to learn but now I won't because it's all lies.

I have placed a withdrawal of
$1500 which was placed on december
From that I have received $100 twice in my credit card from $1500 and remaining $1300 was left so that was placed on 8 december which I have also got an email for that but till yet tis more than 7 day but I have not received my withdrawal and when I emailed to support then they asked me the proof of my bank statement to prove that I have received or not
They all give false comments
All the employees r from India and say. Them self as they r the citizens of mauritius they think people r dumb that they can't understand getting calls from UAE number from uk number from Mauritius number

Their representatives are the biggest crooks out there and it took pièrsleyserve to be able to back what they stole off me.

I have been trading with Finq for a few months now, they promise you training and even give you a $10000 demo account but I only got 1 session of training using the real account which I opened with $100.
They promise to walk you through trading step by step but they don't do it enough, they push you a lot to add more funds but after some time I discovered that they are right, when the account has more funds you have more margin to let a trade loose and then recover and make you some profit, they charge for every trade you make and maybe they have an inactivity fee but I have not been inactive yet.
Withdrawing money was easy and after 1 week i got the amount I requested, technically it's 5 business days so adding the weekend it's a week wait time.
They give daily suggestions for investments and it's up to the trader to follow through with those suggestions or not.
I don't think Finq is a scam they just want you to invest more money, it is beneficial for both ends after all.
We all know that trading has risks you just have to read more and be willing to lose some money in order to make a lot more.

I am relatively new here, and I have already started enjoying many benefits. Keeping the exciting bonuses aside, there is a powerful tool called traders trends. This tool shows you statistics of traders buying and selling an instrument. For me, this is a fantastic tool that I use to assist my trading. I am glad I found this broker.

i am arun . finq customer service girl called me and offering bonus of 100 percent . i said no we are already trade in octa fx copy . so no i am not interested. she diretly said that then your account will be deactived for even demo purpose and real account purpose

Finq has a surprisingly wide list of instruments available for trading. They have apps for mobile phones and website, and they work really nice. Depositing and withdrawals are very smooth and trustable. Their systems also makes you feel secure about your funds. Overall, I really enjoyed becoming a customer.

Great to watch ECN account as well standard accounts. I am a experience trader and need to have the quick access to liquidity provided.

I guess it's almost impossible to reach their top account. I mean exclusive one. Thus I don't understand why broker sets such restrictions... 100k$, seriously? It will require decades of trading.
Nevertheless, these are just my thoughts. I don't except the fact that someone can like it.

This broker have many platform, so me and my friends who trades CFDs everyone have a platform to use.
I want to use MT5 but finq not have it yet!

At start i made loss too i just invested $300 and by end of the 1st week i had only $200 of equity and then Mr.kaadar one of the financial advisor he just asked me 3 months time and right now my equity is around $2800 obviously at first it will be hard until you learn about this once you understand how thinks works its really easy to make some additional income thank you finq for giving me a great experience

Generally looking, Finq is a nice place to trade. the app sometimes get stuck but I guess it is understandable!

These people will start with a very polite manner, offer heaven on earth and agree whatever we demand and make you open an account.
Second
Here it starts with your accounts manager. Most probably a product of Harvard university or any of the top business schools, with at least 10 years plus experience in financial sector( this is what they say while introducing) and offer huge profit, even if you request for a normal return on investment.
Third
They will make you happy with some profitable trades and pressurize you to add more money in to your account. Once they realize that you are on the maximum of the investment, they place a trade just before the reversal trend and assure that you loose the entire amount. They won't attend the call during this trade.
Fourth
After few months one recovery manager will take place and explain all your fault and blame the previous manager, and assure you the recovery of initial investment and profit from the current investment. Then the third stage will repeat.
Fifth
If they find much potential in you, This time the CEO (this is how they introduce, but he won't make any official communication using the signature of CEO in mail communication )of the company takes place with much of bonus, spot withdrawal and many things , And the drama again.
After loosing a handsome amount, I consulted with a legal firm and they are processing my complaint and other formalities in international level , may get in action in few days.
Those who are happy with them can continue.
My aim is to stop looting money by offering false claim and using ignorance( even if they read the terms and conditions, there are many clauses which are technically complicated for common man) of the people and their need for money to survive in this highly demanding world.
My aim:
I accept what ever happens with me. But this should not happened to any other person. I'm happy , if I can save one person from this.
I request everyone to record the conversation while they talk to you (for future purposes), if the law allows in your country.
Lets fight together for the best.
Let them do the business in proper way. ( Let their account managers do the proper technical and fundamental analysis before placing a trade) Not using the loopholes to loot us.

I love thee webtrader of FINQ. But it sometime gets stuck. Please check this, because I don’t want to move to MT.
