Customer service is top-notch. Typically, you can expect to receive a response from customer service within 24 hours and rest assured that they are efficient and attentive in addressing your needs. The doctors are informative, listen well, are very responsive through the messaging system, and are patient in answering questions, understanding your weight loss goals and challenges, and making a determination on which GLP-1 to prescribe. I have been a customer for 8 months and Sunrise is worth every penny!

My overall experience has been great. Customer service replies can take a few days but that's to be expected with a large volume of customers. They always take care of any questions or issue I have. I would highly recommend this company. You certainly won't find it cheaper elsewhere.

I canceled my subscription with Sunrise due to poor customer service and questionable practices. Despite requesting to continue my current medication, Trizepitide 2ml, which I was doing well on with no side effects, I was automatically sent Semaglutide 1ml without any acknowledgment of my request. The doctor assigned to me, Dr. Meenal Kheterpal, is a Board Certified Dermatologist from Duke University, not licensed in Washington and clearly not qualified to prescribe these medications. The entire process lacked any real human interaction—I was sent a generic video message that didn’t address my concerns. This experience felt unethical and not in line with standard medical practices. I would not recommend Sunrise to anyone seeking responsible and professional healthcare.

I went to the site and reviewed the details. On the site they ask for your payment information before disclosing there is a 149.00 monthly fee . You think you are paying 49.00 consultation fee. Once I put in my payment details … THEN I saw the details of the 149.00 charge. I NEVER had a consultation , I never chose a medication .. so I assumed that was it. Also the 49.00 fee was never taken from my bank account. It was pending , but then fell off. So again I didn’t think I finished the process. I was charged 149.00 today without notice and my bank account is now over drawn. I immediately contacted Customer Service and they refuse to refund my money .. knowing there were NO services provided . Stay away from this company . If you are looking for a better company try Sequence. They are more affordable and they don’t just hand out meds before getting your lab results . GOOD LUCK !!!

I got charged for 4 weeks of membership even though I requested a refund moments after I paid because I found out I wasn’t even eligible for membership.

The doctor and staff are very helpful in any situation that you may have. All emails are answered in a timely manner every time!! I can’t say enough about Sunrise ♥️ Will always be grateful to them for the weight I have lost with their support 🙏
