The service FindBuyTool provided was excellent, helping me choose the right cutter for my machine. Once ordered, it arrived here in France within 10 days, not bad considering where it came from. I only got round to fitting it last week, which took me 5 long afternoons but as I'd never stripped my machine down before it wasn't surprising. Its now fully installed and after regulating the tables to suit, its working superbly. It has returned the pleasure of using my Felder AD741 again especially knowing that if I chip the blades because of a hard knot in the wood I don't have several hours work ahead removing, sharpening and resetting the cutters, I just change the one tip affected. I wholeheartedly recommend the cutter to anyone with the same machine especially as Felder refuse to sell their silent block on its own as an upgrade. Thanks again for all your help.

Absolute thieves! The planer stopped working on 3rd use and when I contacted them they wanted me to open the planer and mess with the electrical components and I refused because it didn’t feel safe. They offered me a replacement but by then I lost confidence on a company based in Hong Kong doesn’t have service centre in UK and I refused. Then they said they will pickup the machine and issue me a refund. They came and picked up the machine I have CCTV footage of it. Now they are not refunding me my money. Now I’m fighting a dispute via American Express to recover the money from these thieves!
Now Bought a planer from a UK based company Axminster Tools for peace of mind and planer is great!

The 13" FB132H planer delivered on time and intact. Beast on the Boards!
Decided to up my investment a couple hundred bucks and get the helical cutting head instead of the flat blades on the DeWalt. Very glad I did, patting myself on the back now. It polished off old chestnut and oak boards reclaimed from a seventeenth century colonial. Super hard weathered surfaces restored to their original beauty. Even zipped through a few missed square head cut nails left behind without a hiccup or chipped tooth.
(And not having to replace a flat blade). Damn I’m smart. Only flaw is the exhaust bag which ripped at the seam and the zipper is undersized. No problem, I DIYed a cyclone into a garbage can. Overall, a hearty bravo to this beast and the company.

I've just used the 13" Planer on 1 project so far, but I couldn't be happier. Setup was easy and the results have been outstanding. I took small passes and had very little to no tear out or snipe. Highly recommend.

The product was well packaged and delivery was prompt.

No problems with the planer or findbuytools. FedEx, however, was another matter. Too many details to go into here; simply the worst delivery effort I have ever experienced. They couldn’t even follow their own instructions.

I purchased helical cutter for my Holzmann HOB260ABS planer. Plaining results are stunning. Extremely smoot surfaces. The machine works way quieter and calmer.

I purchased helical cutter for my Dewalt DW 733 planer a few weeks ago and only got around to fitting it at the weekend. As I stated in previous review from date of order to delivery I was kept fully informed without any prompt from me. A great way to start out with a new customer. When cutter arrived I wasn't disappointed. A lovely bit of quality engineering and quality materials used. Now this is where the rubber hits the road "The Fitting". I haven't fitted one before so I had a little trepidation but I took my time and all went well. Even fitting all 54 blades didn't bother me as I felt a great satisfaction in completing my task. Then the "Trial Run". I ran through some planks from pallets as l up cycle these for furniture etc. Wow what a finish after two runs on a rough plank it was like planed timber you'd buy. Two more runs and you could get away without sanding it's that good. To sum up findbuytool are a totally professional company to deal with from start to finish. Excellent communication, prompt delivery and top quality product as good as it gets. Regards Stephen

Quality products at great prices. Not the speediest delivery wise but the cost does make up for the wait. Chisels hold an edge really well.

I order my tools which was out of stock but found they kept me up to dated when it would be back in stock .
Received it shortly after great .

I was skeptical because I did not know anything about FindBuyTool. When the bank refused payment and I had to go in and approve the payment in person I was very concerned that I had just been scammed. However, the product shipped right away and arrived on time. The FB132H planer is well built and has a solid feel to it. I was not able to find all the features I needed (carbide cutters, 1/32 inch minimum thickness) on any other product. I am using this machine to prepare thin slats, have planed several hundred feet so far and my expectations have been exceeded. I also have a 20 inch 5HP planer, but use the FB132H more as it's more convenient to use.

Fast delivery, good communication, easy to assemble, fantastic results with my Dewalt 734 thickness planer.

The M2 cryo bowl gouge and scraper are of excellent quality. This steel is extraordinary. Best tools I own so far. Shipping was also very fast

As a experienced woodturner of 55 years I decided to but a 12mm bowl gouge for my (new) workshop in Thailand. This was because I only had limited tools I had brought over from the Uk.
Whilst I had also bought a set of HSS turning tools in Thailand, which were adequate, but not great, I decided to try the M2 Cryo tools from Findbuytools.
I have to say the bowl gouge I bought was excellent and held it's edge well, and much longer than my HSS. Bear in mind that Thai woods are extremely hard too. I will certainly buy some more M2 Cryo tools from Findbuytools and can most certainly recommend them both for sharpness and for their price too.

superb cutter head

For a number of years I had a problem with getting the old blade system on my Metabo planer/thicknesser to set correctly, so decided to bite the bullet and by a helical cutter head and Findbuytools was the most cost effective and has proven to be a superb investment, it fitted like it was made by Metabo and the set up was really easy no more struggling with setting the blades.

Fantastic quality products, I bought various sized bowl gouges and a parting tool as well as a negative rake finishing tool, they are all fantastic quality products, and the price I have paid for all of them is a fraction of what they would have cost from one of the other well known companies.
I also had a query and emailed them and they got back to me immediately.

Great tools , great price, prompt delivery.

The 4” spiral cutter head I wanted to order was not in stock at the time I placed the order. I was contacted by the company explaining it would be late in shipping as they did not have any in stock and I would have to wait until they resumed production of the spiral cutter head.

I was skeptical at that point to continue to give them time to fulfill the order, but I’m glad I did. It too took about 16 days to produce, ship and deliver the cutter head.

Upon receipt of the cutter head it was installed in about 45 minutes and produces the best finish I had ever experienced with my jointer.

I would not hesitate to order from this company again as they produce a good product and stand behind their products.
